Hope everyone is having a good day. I hope you are all doing well. We as humans are very small in this world. We live very small. In this small life we may face many obstacles and setbacks. We have many days that we pass through depression. Sometimes in our life we have to leave our family. Sometimes you have to leave your people with your family. I think it becomes very difficult for us to adjust ourselves with people in different parts of the world and with our own people. Our life is a small life.

And if in this short life we spend our life through sorrow, frustration and war then everything in our life will end like this. We won't see anything better. There are many things in our mind that we want but when we don't get them it creates a kind of heavy pressure inside our brain and mind. As a result we cannot bear that suffering. It always causes a different kind of pain in our mind. And we sometimes express these sufferings to people or we express our desires to our people. Sometimes it is seen that these troubles are mixed with dust and we can no longer remember. Can't even tell anyone.

When do we feel helpless in this little life of ours? When it turns out that our own people don't want us anymore. We have no shelter. Sometimes it is seen that we move away from these people. In this we go out on our own from our own shelter. In fact, we want to live well in the world. But it turns out that we cannot live well. When we can't live well, we think in our hearts that every moment of life must be very difficult for us. And this is normal in our life when we lose everything and become homeless. When no one else wants us, we feel very helpless towards ourselves. We have no idea what to do or not to do.

Be it a man or a woman we all need some kind of shelter so that we can live well. Where we can spend our lives. We can breathe well. Where we can speak our minds. Where we can open up to others with a smile. And almost all of us want such a shelter. I always say that it's better if it's better. Good things are always good. Good is never bad. So then we become obsessed with the good stuff and we all want a shelter where we can scream our hearts out.

I sometimes feel how helpless I am that I do not understand what I am doing on my own. I have nothing to say and nothing to ask for. We will always want someone who understands the words of the mind and the language of the mind, a shelter where we can at least have a good cry if we are upset or if we are not feeling well. Then let no one tell us anything. Maybe these words express the feeling of my heart, so if we say every human being, when something helpless or bad happens in our life, we all seek refuge with a little family or our own people. When we go to whom we can express our thoughts better, we can express our needs.

A man does not need much to be well. If he is satisfied with anything. Then of course he would want to be fine with very little without doing much. He does not want a big building or a big place where he can express his feelings of well-being. He will think that a small hut will do as a shelter. We spend our whole lives dependent on others and cannot do anything ourselves. As a result, these words become more nested in our mind and we fall into depression. This was my writing hope you like my post.
