Social Media Challenge | Playing against your evil twin is always more difficult! 😊
This week I brought a Brawl battle where I was faced against the same Splinter and even the same Summoner that I chose, so it will be interesting to see what will be the main differences between our teams and who will prevail over each other. 😁

Ruleset | Description |
---|---|
Maneuvers | All Monsters have the Reach ability. |
Aim True | Melee and Ranged attacks always hit their target. |
Born Again | All Monsters have the Rebirth ability. |
The mana cap was 44, which is more or less enough for my needs, but I still had to leave out some of my favorite monsters, because they were cost too much together. I have picked the Water Splinter, because when I saw that one of the ruleset is the Maneuvers, which will give the Reach ability (it will enable all the Melee attack monsters to attack from the second position) to all the monsters on the battlefield I was thinking to use my Coastal Sentry as my main damage dealer who has amazing Melee attack damage and the Double Strike ability. 😇
The Aim True ruleset is also amazing, because it will help to all of the Melee and Ranged attack monsters to hit their target at 100% all times. 😉
The Born Again ruleset will give the Rebirth ability to all the monsters, which means that if they die the first time they will be Resurrected back with only one Health and with all of their Armor. 😁
Kelya Frendul

Kelya Frendul is an excellent Summoner and he cost only four mana, which is always good to save some mana. He gives +1 Armor and Speed to all of his friendly monsters and I hope that +1 Armor will help my team a lot. 😉
Commander Slade

Commander Slade is an excellent main tank and a very good replacement of my previous favorite Diemonshark. He has quite a lot of Melee attack and amazing Speed with loads of Armor and Health. He might be able to soak up quite a lot of incoming damage and that is why he cost exactly 10 mana. 😊
Coastal Sentry

The Coastal Sentry is quite expensive, because she cost 10 mana as well just like my Slade. She has 3 Melee attack damage, which wouldn't be so high on its own, but she also has the Double Strike ability, which means that she will be able to attack twice in every round. Luckily the Reach ability from the Maneuvers ruleset will help her to attack from the second position. 💪
Swamp Spitter

The Swamp Spitter is an excellent monster for this battle, because even though he has +2 Ranged attack damage, which works nicely to damage down his enemies. Still my first reason to brought him is that he has the Repair ability as well, which will allow him to repair two armor piece on a friendly monster who recently lost some of his Armor. 👍
Flagulon Reine

Flagulon Reine is a very special monster, because she is a Gladiator monster, which means that naturally possess the Bloodlust ability. I think that is a very powerful ability and it will allow her to increase all of her stats by one, but only if she manages to kill her target. 🤗
Deeplurker

The Deeplurker is an amazing damage dealer, because apart from his nice Melee attack he also has the Opportunity ability, which means that he will target the lowest Health monster from the enemy team. This ability will help to kill the strongest and more squishier damage dealers from the enemy backline. 😜
Igor Darkspear

I had to pick Igor Darkspear for this battle, because I ran out of mana, so I had to look for a cheap monster to fill up the whole 44 mana cap. Igor cost only two mana and in return he has only one Ranged attack, which is not much, but at least he is still able to deal some damage. 🤓

My opponent brought Kelya Frendul as well, because my opponent wanted to take advantage of the Speed and Armor buff that he provides to his monsters. 😒
Me and my opponent had a pretty strong tanks in our first position, so in the first round they tried to sustain as much damage as possible and they did a great job doing that, so none of the monsters died just yet.
Luckily my monsters were always a bit quicker, so they killed their tank pretty quickly, but he came back to life immediately. The rest of my monsters finished the job killing it again just before the second round finished. 🤗
I also lost my Igor as well and sadly their Isgald killed him, so he was able to activate his Bloodlust ability.
In the third round I have lost my tank as well, but when he came back to life he brought quite a lot of his Armor back, so even with his one Health he managed to block all the incoming attacks until the end of the round. My team also killed their Slade, but he was not that lucky, because even though he had a lot of Armor just like mine my Flagulon Reine used her Magic attack to ignore that and killed him again. 😁
Isgald became their new tank and luckily he couldn't withstand that huge amount of damage from my Slade and Sentry and died. Sadly he had a lot of Armor when he came back to life, which saved him from the rest of our attacks in this round. My Slade also died the second time, so my Sentry became our new tank. 😛
In the fifth round my Reine killed two their monster, which activated her Bloodlust ability and increased all of her stats by two.
My opponent only had three Ranged attack monster in their team and it was quite easy to finish them off twice and to win this battle for my guild. 😇
