Where's the inleo newbie guide? What's this number on my avatar? Who are these people at the top of the page and why do some have blinking lightning bolts? How can I follow a hashtag? You know, that level of newbie.

The number is your reputation score.
Did you click on the top of the page? Those are thread casts.
You can't follow a hashtag.
You need premium for some of the advanced bookmarks and lists.

Threadcasts are on the top of the page.
You have to be a premium member to start one.
They cover different topics so we can chat together.

For example there is a Monday Night Football threadcast on Monday's so everyone watching the game can chat with each other.

We are not focused much on Hashtags more on threadcasts (events) and lists and following users.
