Light unsettles those who prefer to dwell in the shadows

(Edited)

Earlier, while watching YouTube, I came across a Shorts video. I won’t share the post with you because it’s a bit controversial.

In the video, there was a person (let’s call this person Human A) who had negative ideals and was presenting them as if they were the absolute truth. However, the person they were talking to (let’s call this one Human B) gradually exposed the flaws in those principles and beliefs.

When Human A realized they were about to be cornered if they kept responding, they said, "I feel uncomfortable with this conversation."

That’s the kind of line people use when they no longer want to continue a discussion—because deep down, they know that eventually, they’ll be exposed, and their hidden wrongdoings, disguised as something good, will come to light.

That’s when I suddenly thought of commenting: "Light unsettles those who prefer to dwell in the shadows." I even created an artwork for it because I had a great idea for the design.

That’s just how people are, right? When they’re about to be exposed and the truth is closing in on them, they either get angry or act offended.

There are so many people like that in the world, and there’s nothing we can do to change them—because, first of all, they don’t want to change.

To them, being right isn’t what matters. What matters is what they want and don’t want in life.

I hope you liked the artwork I made! I know it’s simple, but I think it turned out great. (Hyping up my own work—haha, sorry!)

John 3:20

"For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed."
