Lifescape Tribe Photography Contest Round 3 - COLORS OF LIFE - Red Plants
Welcome to another Lifescape Tribe Photography Contest – COLORS OF LIFE, where the Color of the Week is RED.
We see so many red things every day, and it’s impossible not to have anything red in your house. In our home, the most red can be seen in our garden where the plants have red flowers, red fruits, and even red leaves.
And since that’s what we have the most of here at home, that’s what I’ll be sharing with you today.
Let’s start with my aglaonema that has red leaves – the Aglaonema “Suksom Jaipong.” From what I know, these are hybrid plants from Thailand.
The red color of its leaves is really beautiful, and it’s a great plant to display indoors. It’s a bit more expensive compared to other aglaonemas, but it’s worth it because it’s really pretty.
The next plant I want to share is one with cute red parts – though I’m not sure if they’re fruits or flowers – the Indian Head Ginger. They say its oil extract is good for the hair, but I’m not really sure because I haven’t researched it either.

And the last red item I chose is the fruit from our palm tree, though I don’t know if it’s edible or not since I’ve never tried eating it. Hahaha!
I hope you liked my red-themed photos and how I captured them.
How about you – what red photo will you be entering this week?
Your garden is a wonderful place filled with life and color. I love how you highlighted the natural reds around your home. It’s such a vibrant and warm color to have in your daily surroundings.

The aglaonemas are healthy and flourishing with beautiful shiny red leaves. I often see Indian Head Ginger in plant exhibit; they are beautiful too. They all look lovely with their own unique characteristics. Plants not only beautify a place but also make us feel happy.
You're right, maybe there's something in things from nature that makes us humans feel happy.
