A Perfect Soup "Tinolang Isda" For A Dinner

Hello dear food lovers!I wanna share to you today my food blog and it's all about cooking my favorite dish "The Fish Broth or The Tinolang Isda. It's a very popular food in my hometown because my place is surrounded with many horseradish or "kamunggay".Since I craved for something hot soup today.I went directly to the market to buy just a 1/4 kilo of fish.Just enough for our dinner.I usually cooked healthy foods for the kids.In this way they will be used in eating vegetables as early as their young age.
I always consider the nutritional content of the foods before giving it to the kids. To fight against malnutrition it's better to start them young eating the vegetables.

This recipe is perfect for today's weather and of course it's very good for the kids as this is nutritious and are very rich in vitamins.
This is the healthiest soup to eat.
Fish is a great source of protein which helps the kids in achieving good and lean muscles.

So here's the procedure to cook this special tinolang isda.
First is to wash the fish thoroughly under the faucet to remove the smell and it's blood.Ive choose yellow fin fish for this is best in making a Tinola or broth or soup.

prepare the spices you want to add on your soup. Sliced it in a tiny or little slices.The following spices are to be added in the soup like tomato,Chile,and ginger,and spring onions.

I love to add a lot of spices in my fish soup. Most especially the ginger it's make the dish smells so good and very soothing to the throat when sipping it. Sprinkle with a little amount of pepper and salt enough to taste the soup better.

Start preparing the kamunggay or the horse radish.This kind of green leafy vegetables is one of the healthiest vegetables.This is good if you're suffering from an anemia of low blood pressure.This vegetables is of great help when suffering from illness.

This is the horseradish or the it's also known as the Moringa,this best in treating many illness.This is also very good for those who are breast-feeding mom.

Add this green leafy vegetables in your boiled soup.Simmer for about 2minutes enough to cook the leaves.

And there you go,it's boiling you have to add the leafy green vegetables,the horseradish.
And it's cooked already start serving it on the table.
It's perfect to serve this with a cup of rice.

And I'm happy eating the fish ginger soup or tinolang isda.This satisfy my cravings and thirst for today.
Kids also were happy eating dinner they loved to drink the soup and finish a cup of rice too.

As a mother I'll see to it that I will be one who prepare food for my kids.Just to be sure that I'll be giving them the nutritious food.
Kids will start to love eating vegetables if they are just being practice daily to eat this healthy food.
