yes! I think I came here to learn balance. America was always way too confrontational for me, but I guess I could extract the good points being here.

I always think things would be so much better halfway between Asian and Western culture. Maybe thatโ€™s why I get along easily with people from Hong Kong and Philippines. Or people who lived in eastern and western countries and like both equally for different reasons

Social media only amplifies the confrontational mindset by only like 1000% give or take a few, lol. I only know because I fell into the trap myself.

Been doing some recent self reflections because I have seen it in my self a lot lately after getting in spats with people online for really no reason at all except that I was seeking the confrontation. Partially because of grief and depression after losing my father, and things just not going my way for too long, but also because of social and political aggression. It all started getting to me.

I deleted all my X accounts, even project accounts and down to just Hive and Instagram because of the drone community is all there. Took me about a week to withdraw from not waking up and directly going for the drama, but that has cleared up and now I am actually feeling a TON less stress, and I haven't been nearly the asshole I have been the last few months, lol.

the first hour of the day is so important. I donโ€™t even touch my phone for at least 30 minutes and I feel like I got over all kinds of emotional disorder thanks to that alone.

Sorry to hear about your dad and glad you are finding a better rhythm.

The internet is everything on demand, that includes stress hahah
