Ok so it must be more unbearable there, unless you have an ocean breeze?
PH? My friend lives there half the year. He came to Japan to save money and ended up married to a local with 3 kids but he liked going back as often as he can. I keep forgetting where he lives but he said its quiet except for some nature tourists.
The only escape is air conditioning! 😅 Luckily, it's now rainy season so it's not that hot.
Your friend is lucky to have moved to Japan. It's a nicer place but maybe he misses his country and family so he gets back from time to time.
