Hello Japan and Wandering Around Tokyo at Night

Hello everyone! I wanted to start writing about our vacation to Tokyo, Japan this year. We travelled to Tokyo again to visit some relatives and escape the searing Manila heat. As usual, we took a Cebu Pacific flight since it's cheaper than PAL (Philippine Airlines) but CebPac has bigger planes than Jetstar.

The flight took around four hours but it was pleasant. We picked seats that had a lot of leg room in the plane.

The plane landed in Japan at around six pm Japan time but we took some time clearing immigration.

We took the Skyliner train to travel to Ueno and then a cab to our apartment in Tokyo. We arrived home at around nine pm.

We took a bit of rest and dinner. After which, we decided to take a stroll around our area. It was already late but there were still some people walking home.

Our first stop were the vendo machines that's common in Japan. We missed the drinks there particularly the peach flavored water that was our favorite.

The scenes in the streets reminded me of scenes in anime. These are captured faithfully in my favorite anime shows.

We took a stroll in the nearby park. It was a cool evening so it was nice to walk. Although it was late at night, the park was not dark since there were a lot of lights around.

We took a bit of rest on the park bench. Some people were passing by on their way home. One person was also in the park walking his dog that night.

We exited the park and walked the streets again.

We ended up in Seki, a grocery store that's still open late at night.

We bought some items in the grocery and went back home. In the morning, we went back to the park to jog and exercise.

Wahhhh, it's like you're so used to living in Japan and casually adapting with the time change and everything. So cool! Japan is my dream destination, sana marating ko din yan soon 🤩🤩. It's so pretty in there and really peaceful too. Just like what I always see in some anime series 🤩✨
