Because of the nature of my work, I find it a bit hard to prepare all 3 meals of the day. I try supper, but end up buying something outside for breakfast and lunch.

Have any idea of how to schedule?

Prepare things that you can keep on the fridge separated and just put together when you are going to eat or prepare you box to go.

You can set a day to do that. I used to do that but because I was in a residence and needed to spend the less amount of time in the kitchen as possible.
