Day Off Stroll: A Weekend Family Bonding at the New Nike Factory Store in Naga City!

Hello everyone! Hello to my dear hivers in this wonderful community of @weekendexperiences! How are you all today? I hope you are all doing fine right now. This is "LJ", and this is my very first time to post in this lovely community. Today I will share a fun activity that me and my family had when we visit Naga City last weekend.

Last Saturday, we decided to visit the newly opened "Nike Factory Store" in Naga City. Since it was my husband's day off, we thought it would be nice to go out and explore somewhere new as a family. We took a tricycle going there since it was just a short ride from the dormitel were staying in. It was a warm afternoon, perfect for a little shopping trip and some bonding time.

The moment we arrived, my son got so excited and immediately asked for a picture outside the store. Of course, we granted his request. He looked so happy posing in front of the big Nike logo. The store looked really nice and modern, with big glass windows and colorful displays that instantly caught our attention.

When we entered, we were greeted by rows and rows of shoes neatly arranged by type and color. There were so many items on sale, and most of them were "Buy 1, Take 1". My husband and I could not help but look at each other and laugh saying, "We will come back for the ones we really like once the bonus comes in!" The prices were very tempting, and it was fun just going around and checking every section.

My son was also thrilled to see the different styles of sneakers, especially the ones in bold and bright colors. He kept saying, "Mama, look at this one!" every time he found a pair he liked. It was adorable how enthusiastic he was, just like his father when it comes to shoes. My husband even tried on a pair of running shoes, and I could tell he really liked them, but he said he'd wait for the his bonus before buying.

Aside from shoes, there were also shirts, jackets, bags, and sports accessories on sale. The variety was overwhelming in a good way. It was one of those moments where you just want to buy everything because each item looked stylish and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. They were always smiling and ready to assist customers.

After spending quite some time browsing and taking pictures, we decided to rest for a bit before heading out. We did not buy anything yet, but we already have our favorites in mind for our next visit. Before leaving, my son asked for one last photo with us and we took a nice mirror selfie.

It was a simple family day, but I really enjoyed it. There's something so refreshing about spending time with my boys even in the simplest ways like visiting a store together and just sharing laughs and conversations. Hopefully, next time, we will go back and finally get those pairs we've been eyeing. For now, it's a memory of a fun and lighthearted day that we'll surely treasure.
