WOULD LIFE BE BEAUTIFUL WITHOUT STRESS?
Sometimes, I Imagine a world where stress doesn't exist at all, and everything we do brings us no form of stress. Just Imagine waking up every day feeling calm, with no worries abiut expectations, responsiblities and deadlines. No frustration, no pressure. Wouldn't it be beautiful to have a stress-free world? Or would it make life dull and unmotivating?
I have always considered myself as someone who doesn't like stress, and if there were any way to avoid it for the rest of my life, I would greatly consider it. But stress, as we know is part of our daily lives and existence as humans. Or Is it? Do humans create stress for themselves? Is there really a way to avoid stress altogether?
According to Google, stress is the body's response to changes and challenges. It is basically a feeling of emotional or physical tension. I believe that stress is relative to individuals. While certain things may be stressful for everyone, people are diverse, and each person percieves and reacts to stressors differently.
Some people experience more emotional stress than physical stress, while others feels more physical stress than emotional stress. Some may readily experience both emotional and physical stress, and others might not feel stressed at all. Regardless, we all experience stress; it just depends on the severity.

I consider stress to be inevitable because, one way or another, we all experience it. Even when we are doing nothing, we sometimes feel tension and stress about the fact that we are doing nothing. The good news is that stress can be managed and reduced through some coping mechanism.
Stress can be categorised in different ways. We cope with mild stress so effectively that it often doesn't feel like stress at all. Conversely, some stressors are not mild and can be beneficial, known as eustress, which arises when we are excited or positively challenged . This type of stress can help build resilience and motivation.
On the other hand, negative stress, known as distress, which occurs when we feel worried, overwhelmed, overworked. This can lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, or even physical illness. Since we can't entirely avoid stress, we should focus on lessening distress or managing unavoidable stressors like grief.

One important step is to identify the true sources of our stresses; it's hard to manage or avoid what we don't understand. We should build healthy habits to cope with stress, recognise our limits, take breaks when needed, seek help, and learn from others facing similar challenges.
We need to accept that life comes with stress and be willing to acknowledge its presence. If we were to try to completely avoid stress, we would never truly grow, because to make the most of life, we occasionally need to sacrifice our relaxation and ease while ensuring we don't fall into distress.
Even though we can't live a completely stress free life, we can certainly strive to live happy, healthy , and fulfilling life.
