I have watched zombies movies and I can say that I am not really a big fan. Although it is not so scary but I am not a fan of survival movies unless it is an interesting one.
I have not heard of black summer before but it looks kinda nice. Thanks for sharing.

Zombie series are not usually very scary, however in this case it does have a certain degree of suspense because it uses the format of The Walking Dead that everyone can transform into zombies even if they are not bitten, and, It has undead who are Olympic runners, believe me that is a very interesting combination.
