Even if that action is just saying “Good morning” to someone I don't even know,
Or just a nod and smile, the knock on effect can be enormous, we don't know how contagious this can be. And it doesn't cost us anything!

Exactly, P! How a small and seemingly insignificant gesture can make all the difference to that person's day, which in turn can inspire them to do something similar for someone else they come across. The true ripple effect.
