Butterflies are beautiful but caterpillars are such a pest, they ate a lot of my veggies last year ðŸ˜ðŸ˜–
How many times was you video speed increased by? They're munching away so fast, no wonder they demolished my leaves overnight!!

Sorry to see that you lost a lot of veggies to them, and that is not the case here, as we have only the one caterpillar in our lemon tree.
The speed of the video was not increased, as that is its normal speed, and it all of the leaves off on that branch of the tree. Not it anchored its pupa on the branch and we are waiting for it to emerge.

Have you identified any of the caterpillars?
No, most don't get to caterpillar stage in my garden, and those do don't last long when I see them.
It as bad enough having a lot of slugs last year, the caterpillar made things worse for me.
Sorry for the late reply, but work comes first. I can understand your dilemma, and your need to clear them out, which make me happy, as we don't have a veggie garden.
Can't you find some sort of an organic spray that will keep them away ?
