FungiFriday ~ fungi, lichen, moss or is it a mushroom?

Today I wanted to share some pretty awesome and very interesting finds with you. I found them during 2 long hikes in Northern Sweden. 🇸🇪 While I was wandering through the thick Swedish forests I saw some cool mushrooms, but also so many different mosses and lichen everywhere. How can I not photograph them… hehe. The next one stood out and I wanted to share its beauty and forms. I did include a cool little mushroom too.

The Photographs in this post are taken with my iPhone.
I will follow the time stamps on them. So it looks like you are experiencing my adventures on this walk 💃🏻 to discover everything what I saw. Like the little details seen through my eyes, and discover all the mushrooms and other fungi I found.

Let’s start with the first find.
Looking from above we see all the incredible forms of this dog lichen.

Looking from the side. You can see how big it is on the pine needles in front. It is growing on a fallen tree trunk.

Getting very close by… you see the underside of the lichen well. It looks so cool. Almost spiky, but it isn’t.
My second favourite photo after the thumbnail / first photo.

It is growing very happily between other mosses.

Zooming out again, if you look closely you see the tree too. Beautiful, don’t you think?

Next I wanted to show you this very fragile lonely mushroom. Do you see it?

Ok, maybe a bit closer by… here it is. This mushroom is very tiny.

It is growing out of some very old pine needles. That were trapped in the crevice of the large rock.

Looking at it from another angle. I haven’t found many of them when I was in Sweden, so it was cool to find this one.
