CCC's Street Art Contest #222 ~ “NESTING SWANS” 🦢 STREETART in CARRIGALINE ~ IRELAND 🇮🇪

Hi all 👋🏻

I found of course more murals in Ireland 🇮🇪 to share with you, and today it is a #community #project that I want to share. This MURAL was commissioned by Carrigaline Tidy Towns, with the support from the Cork County Council and was painted on the side of a charity shop. Source. 😊 It is a work from the artists Mary and Teresa O’Regan. Who are MOTHER AND DAUGHTER, they also had some help from the husband Ted with the higher parts.
CARRIGALINE is located in the COUNTY OF CORK in IRELAND 🇮🇪

Let’s look at this cool community project now:

It was already late in the evening that I had to go for some groceries… 20:30h.
Once on the parking lot I saw the mural through the fence.

I climbed up a bit… and took some photos.

I wasn’t happy with the light…

Zooming in on the swans 🦢

The leaves in the back…

I decided I just had to wander around the shops through 2 streets to go and capture the mural better.
So… here we are at the street.
I could finally take better photos of it 😊🦢🦢

The male swan somehow looks angry hahaha
Of course he would be now they are nesting. Don’t go toooooo close 😁
