Love in the Time of Symbiotic Co-Evolution

The romance between flowers and insects began millions of years ago, as soon as flowers appeared on the scene, flashing their pollinated goods, and the game was on. Flowers and insects co-evolved to develop intriguing and fascinating ways of attracting and interacting with each other. They developed patterns, UV light shows, arousing aromas, tasty treats, and much more. It has been a steamy buzzing vibrating fragrant love fair that would put to shame most romance novels written by humans.

This little bee was busy on this flower one summer day.
