Which DHF proposals do you support?
Today, we would like to talk about the DHF proposals. Every Hive user with a minimal stake can help define which projects are funded through the DHF. We would like to know several things related to that:
Did you cast any votes for proposals? What do you vote for? What do you think shouldn't be funded? Share with us whatever you want regarding the DHF.
If you don't know what the DHF is, I give a quick explanation in the Video.

Thanks for explaining this because I kept seeing it and didn't even know exactly what it was
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it's considered spamming on hive to add several separate comments under a same post. Also it's not fun for authors to give an answer 4-5 times to the same person. If you want to add more to a comment, you have the option to edit the existing one. Spamming comments entails the risk to land on blacklists which in turn can lead to downvote measures. Once you are on such a list, it's almost impossible to be taken away from it...

I voted for @ecency Project I also voted for @good-karma because he's the head of Ecency project.. the Ecency App is so powerful and to me is very smooth and makes engagement super easy. So many helpful features

I just vote for the top few that I see everyone else voting for. The majority is usually correct. :)
When you vote the ones at the top you are not voting like the majority because it has to do with the stake that is voting. It's possible that some proposals on the top are only supported by 4-5 big whales. But of course you are free to do whatevery you want ;-)

I've voted for several proposals like VSC (Smart contracts on Hive), Hive SQL by Arcange, DBuzz, INLEO Onboarding, Ecency, etc. I support projects that I think add value to the Hive ecosystem.
I think this is very good practice. The DHF should be here to make Hive better.

Mainly of the apps and tools I am user of, but it's true I haven't reviewed my votes in a while.
Since some proposals run out, it can be a good idea to review it from time to time.
Well, I do so every half a year or so. Besides, the proposals I support usually notify when they are about to expire. I guess they don't really want to lose my HP in favour of their projects.

I left my support for PEAKD's DHF, hbd stabilizer, hivesql, ecency and inleo. These are a few examples, but there are more of them. It's a great way to help.
Our votes can help the projects that we use to get funded. As you say it's a good way to help.

BEER.Currently, I support HBD Stabilizer, Peakd, HiveSQL, Ecency, Hive Keychain, and a proposal to help the flood victims in Rio Grande do Sul, here in Brazil.
I used to support InLeo as well, but with so many bugs in their front-end that I notice never improve since I started on Hive about 5 months ago, I withdrew my support. I find it somewhat irresponsible to announce new tools and not focus on fixing the basics.
It's a pitty that there are still that many bugs on inleo...

There are no proposals that excite me, but it doesn't make sense to vote either. It's an oligopoly in which only 4 or 5 users decide. Basically, it's like any other election worldwide.
You are unfortunately not totally wrong about that but still if many small accounts vote together they can also achieve something.

For me is PeakD, Ecency and hivesql. Basis is these are stuff i use often and also hivesql is the backbone to many things for the blockchain.

good topic...I saw many proposals written in an amateur way...asking for money without saying what is the purpose of the money....it is like just guessing the amount of money that they need for the project without creating a planned expense forecasted. I want cite specific names, but why a huge amount of daily HBD to give badges for people? how does it work?
For sure peakD and ecency and v4vapp (I am loving to see this lightning network bridge in hive) deserve my vote even if it is small right now =)
Unfortunately there is sometimes lack of professionnalism with these proposals. I would love to see some standards for what needs to be shown in a proposal.

That's a good question. One of the proposals I vote for is the VSC Network proposal. I used this reminder from your post to go and unvote (for different reasons) some of the proposals I previously voted for. Nothing new to vote for that caught my eye, unfortunately.

I have voted for the proposals of Peakd, Ecency, and Leofinance, also HiveSQL, Hive Gamification, and Hive Keychain. I think we should support the proposals that give value to the Hive ecosystem. I also voted for Pinmapple. I used it a lot but let's see how it will be now that another team will take the project under another name.

I haven't done and DHF voting 😓 I probably should, but haven't really dug into them that much. Also, my stake is relatively tiny, so doubt I would have all that much impact.
I think that it never hurts to vote even if our stake is small. That's how decentralisation works. If many small accounts vote together it also has an impact.
