Procrastination, I find it easy to put off some tasks until later simply because I really don't want to do them. At times I've overcome it but it always manages to sneak it's ugly head back in somehow! lol

nowadays, i get annoyed / irritated very quickly, i want to work on it.
I don't want to get rid of it completely. A bit of annoyance / irritation is good though :-)

I think this might have to do with getting older. It's the same here :-)
I'd like to stop scroll social media and I want to begin to study more hard.

I find it very easy to make excuses to not do something and end up putting it off until later. Later sometimes never comes.
Tomorrow is always better than today lol

Sleeping late! This is something that I really wanna get rid off and sleep early
It's difficult to get good sleeping habits but they can be very important for health and brain capacities.
Not touching my phone during the first hours of the day, it's a big distraction that drains my energy from doing productive tasks.
Taking the phone and 'checking' everything is like the worst way to start the day. One hour is over and we haven't done a thing...
I would like to cut the habit of entering social networks, or at least reduce the time I spend on them.

I love reading posts like this because they make you think. Honestly, right now I’m fighting just one habit — smoking. It’s the scariest drug: legal, easily accessible, and it creates cravings every hour…
If only I had known this back when I picked it up for the first time…

It's a difficult habit to quit I believe. It not only need willpower but a clear strategy of how to substitute the habit with other habits that are less harmful.
Procrastination. I just find myself delaying things until the deadline comes closer.
This is a difficult one to fight :-)
The habit of watching short videos. It takes a lot of time and it pull you into it...
What I don't like about watching shorts and reels is that you never know where you end up with the algorithm. Today I started scrolling and suddenly I was watching all these ICE raids in the states and I got depressed...
Yeah you start clicking in something you liked, and end up with something completely different in the end...
I think that's something psycological like dopamine and something anti-dopamine to up and down you levels of dopamine while you watch it.
Drinking soda haha, it may seem pretty simple, but damn, I'm addicted to soda and I'd really like to stop drinking it or at least cut down, like, only drinking it on weekends or something.

I had this issue and I simply didn't buy it anymore. The substitute was water and today, I hardly drink anything else than water...
Hmm in recent times.. I would like to get rid of doomscrolling on my phone.. These days social media and short videos can be very addictive.
They are made to make us addicted. I totally agree with you and they are not really helpful most of the time...
I would like to eliminate the habit of procrastinating, as it sometimes prevents me from being more productive and meeting my goals on time.

Well there are a lot of degrees to that... As long as it's not being a shopeholic, I think only the budget defines what is too much :-)
