RE: Dealing With Stress In My Own Way

This is a wonderful piece. It's definitely a personal experience with how we deal with stress. Plus, "first-time" things are especially complicated. The thinking and the learning and the doing. It's exhausting.
These are 3 things I do:
- I find exercise to be very helpful for me to get the positive hormones kicking around my brain.
- I chat it through with a trusted friend or colleague (depending on the scenario) who's unconditionally supportive.
- I switch gears to focus on something I can control that will yield success to remember how everything is temporary.

Wow I've never thought of the possibility in the third one you do, will try it out.
I'm not regular with exercises but it does make a lot of difference for me when I do. Will also try out the second, thanks so much for taking time to share this with me ❤️
you're so welcome. The 3rd one helps take our brain to a different place that presents possibilities.
We talk a lot about that and other such topics when it comes to running a business. Loads of videos here: https://3speak.tv/user/lindarey
