Surely not my friend. While I'm not entirely clear to what extent the current Syrian leadership has philosophically abandoned the terrorism it allegedly practiced in its origins—as is somehow agreed—, my point is that it makes no sense to review Syria's designation without anyone questioning the rationale for Cuba remaining on the SST list.
