Thanks for being quite clear on this issue. About Oct 7/2023, to your judgment, Hamas was infiltrated or used as a proxy by the Israeli forces? Was there some indigenous agency from Hamas that day? Or, worse, they colluded with Israel? I surely refuse in the strongest terms the genocide in Gaza, but I have stated that Hamas may not have projected well the reaction from Israel and the consequences for the Palestinian people.

Hamas has always been an Israeli proxy, and Netanyahu has stated Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended Israel’s regular allowing of Qatari funds to be transferred into Gaza "...we are supervising...Hamas..."
In that same article, Yisrael Beytenu leader Avigdor Liberman, who resigned as head of the Defense Ministry over Gaza policies, said "...Israel is funding terrorism against itself.”--Jerusalem Post.

Netanyahu used Hamas to provide cassus belli for ethnic cleansing. He says all sorts of things, but he's a pathological liar, as he has lied for decades about Iran's use of nuclear weapons. What he did do was fund Hamas, which put Hamas under his control, and then when Hamas cut the fence they were allowed free rein for 7 hours before the IDF took any action, and when they did they slaughtered their own civilian population and blamed it on Hamas. He is after the land, and the mineral reserves off shore, and he's murdering an entire people to get it. That is what Israel is doing with American money, and it's got to stop now.
