RE: Russia to Establish Crypto Exchange For ‘Super-Qualified Investors’

It has been pretty clear for a while now how Russia will control Bitcoin & crypto, they want control, but also allow practical use.

Which is a sensible approach. Especially EU will totally go the other way, trying to control every single, tiny transaction!

I do not know this, but I suspect that if I were ever to move there, start up a tiny business or company again, then I'd think that there would be practical solutions to use whatever payment rails I'd deem necessary.

This is how it used to be even in Europe, just work it out with your account & things are fine!
