PhotoFeed Contest - Wildlife Photography

A few fresh wild life photographs from one of my many photo-trips to lake Kerkini, a wonderful natural reserve destination.

Those Dalmatian pelicans are not always there, one has to be informed in advance.
Speaking generally though, late autumn and early spring are great periods for birdwatching.

I use my telephoto lens, 100-400mm here, as pelicans are shy!
