Les cuento uno de mis amores platónicos, los Jeep Wrangler, no me importa de qué año sean, los amo, pero dos puertas. Siempre me han llamado la atención, además, me parecen que son los vehículos rústicos con el diseño más deseado de la historia, lo digo yo, no por ninguna investigación ni mucho menos, pero es obvio, si su diseño se ha mantenido a lo largo de los años es por algo. Obviamente un Jeep de los años 80´s o 90´s es diferente a uno de año 2017 por ejemplo, pero solo en algunas mejoras y hablando del confort también, es lógico.

El novio de una amiga tiene este modelo, la verdad no sé qué año es pero le preguntaré en cualquier momento, supongo que es de los 80´s o 90´s, pero si alguno sabe, que me lo ponga en los comentarios para luego ver cuántos fans hay aquí de estos autos. La verdad es que se nota que le ha puesto amor a su Jeep, ya que lo tiene levantado con unos neumáticos espectaculares, suspensiones que se notan de lejos, la pintura es un espejo, sus molduras y embellecedores perfectamente puestos. Ni hablar de las luces exteriores, no sé cómo se llaman esos focos que colocan en el techo, pero se ven geniales, luces a la altura del parachoques y por supuesto sus luces normales de las micas en sí mismas.

La parte interior, es otro mundo, tiene asientos de cuero en gris oscuro, tiene su aire acondicionado, le puso un motor distinto que tiene más potencia que el original, luces led blancas en el techo atrás, en el centro y adelante. No sé si la estructura interna del jeep es original, pero tiene una estructura que parece el esqueleto del Jeep, donde te puedes sostener si vas en el asiento trasero, me encanta. Lo mejor de todo para mí, que es un plus infinito, es que él le cambió el sistema mecánico a su volante y ahora es hidráulico, por lo que girar es una suavidad que esos vehículos no tenían antes.

Luego de montarme y disfrutar estando dentro de esta nave, sin duda podría pensar en tener una así, pero creo que la tendría más para irme a recorrer camino o viajar los fines de semana, ya que son vehículos poco familiares, y si en algún momento viene mi mamá, creo que voy a tener que instalarle una escalera o cargarla XD. Para subir es extremadamente alta, que debes hacer algo de esfuerzo para montarte, pero su altura es uno de sus atractivos, así que como dicen: “para ser bella hay que ver estrellas”, supongo que este sería ese caso; para andar en esa belleza hay que sufrir un poco para montarte, pero asumo que es cuestión de costumbre y vale la pena.
