To continue with the tradition of uncommon recipes but that can be useful to many, because they are recipes without ingredients that sometimes some people can not eat.

Para seguir con la tradición de recetas no comunes pero que les pueden servir a muchos, debido a que son recetas sin ingredientes que a veces algunos no pueden comer.


In this case I will show you a recipe for "Mayonnaise" without oil. Nothing at all, so for those who need to add a dressing to their salads and mayonnaise is not an option, here I bring you an alternative.
Read the ingredients well in case you can consume all of them obviously.

En este caso les mostraré una receta de “Mayonesa” sin aceite. Nada de nada, así que para aquellos que necesiten agregarle a sus ensaladas un aderezo y la mayonesa no es opción, aquí les traigo una alternativa.
Lee bien los ingredientes por si los puedes consumir todos obviamente.

Now without further ado, here are the INGREDIENTS:

It will come out to an amount of 250gr. approximately.

4 eggs
1 teaspoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon
5 spoonfuls of milk

1 teaspoon vinegar (optional)
1 clove garlic (optional)

I used the optional ingredients as I was looking for a mild flavor to add to my salad. If you are lactose intolerant, you can use the milk that I am using, I am not intolerant but I wanted a low fat milk and I like the taste of this presentation better than the normal one. You could also use whole milk or whatever you like, even almond milk.
If you need it to be lower in calories, you can take out one or two egg yolks, if you don't mind, then add all the ingredients.

Ahora sin más, aquí los INGREDIENTES:

Saldrá una cantidad de 250gr aproximadamente.

4 huevos
1 cucharadita de mostaza
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 limon
5 cucharadas de leche

1 cucharadita de vinagre (opcional)
1 diente de ajo (opcional)

Yo lo usé los ingredientes opcionales ya que buscaba un sabor suave para colocarle a mi ensalada. Si eres intolerante a la lactosa, puedes usar la leche que yo estoy usando, yo no soy intolerante pero quería una leche baja en grasa y el sabor de esta presentación me gusta más que la normal. También podrías usar leche entera o la que te guste, hasta de almendras.
Si necesitas que tenga menos calorías, puedes sacarle una o dos yemas, sino te importa, entonces échale todos los ingredientes.

PREPARATION
The first thing we are going to do is wash the eggs, we don't want to get sick 🤣 and place them and cook them. I left them for about 15 minutes because it is important that they are well cooked. Then I took them out, peeled them carefully and separated them from the yolk. I actually did this because I felt that cutting the yolk was going to make a mess, so I just chopped the egg whites a little so they would liquefy better.

I added in the blender the eggs, the juice of the half lemon (I added a little more lemon later but that is to personal taste), the half teaspoon of salt and the milk. For the milk, I recommend that you add half of the portion first and check the consistency, because if you add too much it may not be very thick. Also, if you want to add vinegar or more lemon, it can affect the mixture.

When you start blending, you will see some lumps from the egg, try to blend long enough until the mixture is homogeneous like the texture of mayonnaise. When you see your mixture ready, taste it and see if it lacks salt or lemon, it is up to your taste.
Then place it in a container of your choice. I got approximately 250gr like the container where I kept it to use it.

PREPARACION
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es lavar los huevos, no queremos enfermarnos 🤣 y colocarlos e cocer. Yo los dejé unos 15 minutos porque es importante que estén bien cocidos. Luego los saqué, los pelé con cuidado y los separé de la yema. La verdad hice esto porque sentía que cortando la yema iba a hacer un desastre, así que solo piqué un poco las claras para que se licuaran mejor.

Agregué en la licuadora los huevos, el zumo del medio limón (luego le agregué un poco más de limón pero eso es a gusto personal), la media cucharadita de sal y la leche. Para la leche, te recomiendo que eches primero la mitad de la porción y vayas viendo la consistencia, porque si le echas mucho te puede quedar muy poco espesa. Además, si deseas agregarle vinagre o más limón, nos puede afectar la mezcla.

Cuando empieces a licuar, verás algunos grumos del huevo, trata de licuar el tiempo suficiente hasta que la mezcla quede homogénea como la textura de la mayonesa. Al ver tu mezcla lista, pruébala y ve si le falta sal o limón, ya eso es a tu gusto.
Luego colócala en un envase que desees. A mí me salió aproximadamente unos 250gr como el envase donde la guardé para usarla.

THE FLAVOR:
As I have said in some previous recipes, we are trying to imitate other preparations that we use day after day, so their ingredients will obviously make them taste different, that is not going to happen. But if it is similar and can be a substitute, why not try it?

The flavor of this mayonnaise is not similar to the original, but it is a rich flavor, obviously it has a boiled egg flavor at the bottom, but I recommend (because I do it and I love it), is that you do not eat it alone, eat it with salads for example and try it with other foods. I usually add it to my salad and I love the flavor it gives it, in fact even its texture is almost the same.
And maybe it will help you think that you are not eating a spoonful of fat 🤣.

Well friends. I hope you enjoy this mayonnaise, it's healthy and you can also use it if you are on KETO diet, since all that mix only has 2,6gr of carbs.

EL SABOR:
Como he dicho en algunas recetas anteriores, estamos tratando de imitar otras preparaciones que las usamos día tras día, por lo que sus ingredientes obviamente harán que no sepan igual, eso no va a suceder. Pero si nos queda parecida y puede ser un sustituto, por qué no probarlas?

El sabor de esta mayonesa no es parecido a la original, pero es un sabor rico, obviamente tiene en el fondo un sabor a huevo cocido, pero te recomiendo (porque así lo hago y me encanta), es que no la comas sola, cómela con ensaladas por ejemplo y prueba con otras comidas. Yo suelo echarle a mi ensalada y me encanta el sabor que le da, de hecho hasta su textura es casi igual.
Y quizás te ayude a pensar que no estás comiéndote una cucharada de grasa 🤣.

Bueno amigos. Espero disfruten de esta mayonesa, es saludable y también puedes usarla si estás en dieta KETO, ya que toda esa mezcla solo tiene 2,6gr de carbohidratos.
