The new Splinterlands Airdrop System, codename Rebellion Conflicts, will begin tomorrow, January 23, 2024 and will be active immediately after the maintenance window.

In the post I published 3 days ago, I shared my initial thoughts and evaluations of the new airdrop system along with key information and some useful links.

Today I return to write about the new airdrop system but I go into more detail and share some calculations, some tables I created today and my initial strategy.

The card that will be distributed in the first airdrop will be a legendary card of the Dragon element: RAGE

The requirements to participate in Rebellion Conflicts are 2:

• have one or more Mage Wagons = containers in game that can hold max 5 Rebellion cards and max 100 Rebellion packs.
• have Rebellion cards and/or Rebellion packs.

The distribution of Airdrop Cards will be through a mechanism based on Contribution Points:

• 1 Collection Power of a Rebellion card = 1 Contribution Point
• 1 Pack Rebellion = 100 Contribution Point

The more Contribution Points a player earns, the more airdrop chances they will have.

The Contribution score will be calculated hourly for each player, and each hour's score will add up to the final score that will define each player's Total Contribution.

In the table below I have summarized how the new Airdrop System works.

To calculate the Airdrop Chances you need to use the formula you can see in the next image.

For example, I have 400 Rebellion cards (=1209 BCX) and I have a total Collection Power (CP) = 46475 CP

At this time I do not have Rebellion packs.

If I will purchase enough Mage Wagons to hold all my Rebellion cards and if I will use all my cards from the beginning of the airdrop my airdrop chances will be at the end of the airdrop:
[(46475 x 720) + (0 x 100 x 720)] / 100000 =
= 33462000 / 100000 =
= 334.62
= 334 Airdrop Chances

With 334 Airdrop chances I would get 1 guaranteed Rage card + 134 Airdrop chances

Today I calculated:

• the Total Collection Power needed to get 1 to 11 guaranteed Rage cards in the first airdrop
• the number of Rebellion packs needed to get from 1 to 11 guaranteed Rage cards in the first airdrop

You can see the results of my calculations in the table below.

Based on the calculations in the table above to obtain a copy at the maximum level (=11 BCX) of the legendary card Rage in the first airdrop it is necessary to include in the Mage Wagons:

• cards that have a total CP = 305556
• or 3056 Rebellion packs

Now let me show you some calculations and considerations about Mage Wagons that are a prerequisite to participate in the 9 Rebellion Conflicts.

Each Mage Wagon will be able to hold Max 5 cards + Max 100 packs.

1 Mage Wagon may be purchased by choosing from 3 purchase options:- 50 VOUCHERS

• 10000 DEC
• 10000 Credits

It is easy and straightforward to calculate the cost of 10000 Credits because it is equal to $10.
For the cost in DEC and VOUCHERS, however, you need to know the value of the HIVE token first.
In the following image you can see the market values of the VOUCHER and DEC tokens (January 22, 2024)

Although Mage Wagons cannot yet be purchased in the image below you can see the calculation of the dollar cost of 1 Mage Wagon based on the three purchase options that will be available and based on the current market values of the HIVE, VOUCHER and DEC tokens.

The calculations in the above image clearly show that there will be a single and logical purchase option for Mage Wagons unless you like to pay 5 times more than necessary :)

My strategy for Rebellion Conflicts will be as follows:

• I will not purchase a number of Mage Wagons to contain all my cards.
• To buy Mage Wagons I will only use the VOUCHER tokens I already have and I will not buy more VOUCHER tokens from the market to buy more Mage Wagons.
• Instead of buying so many Mage Wagons my focus will be on increasing the level of the Rebellion cards I use in battle, This way I will increase my win rate in battle and at the same time also increase my Airdrop Chances without buying more Mage Wagons.

I have a total of 754 VOUCHERS with which I will be able to purchase 15 Mage Wagons into which I can put 75 cards.

Today I removed Nalara Geinek Gold Foil from the sale market because it is worth 12500 CP and I will evaluate during the airdrop whether or not to put it back on sale.

Thanks to the filters in the My Cards section of Peakmonsters I can quickly calculate my total CP and the number of my cards for each set and for each rarity.

In my collection are the legendary cards of the Rebellion set that contribute the most to my total Rebellion Collection Power:

• 15 carte Rebellion leggendarie - Total CP = 26500

But Peakmonsters' most useful feature for Rebellion Conflicts is the ability to sort all my Rebellion cards in descending order by Collection Power value.

Thanks to this feature today I quickly selected my 75 Rebellion cards with the highest CP value.

After that, I clicked on the multiple selection symbol in the upper right corner and could quickly calculate the total CP of the 75 cards I selected = 41555 CP.

My potential total contribution is = 41555 CP X 720 = 29919600
The my potential number of Airdrop Chance is = 29919600 / 100000 = 299

Before tomorrow and also during the airdrop I will have ways to increase the number of my Airdrop chances either by increasing the level of my Rebellion cards or by finding nice surprises in the packs I will buy and open in the future.

In fact, my strategy of buying Rebellion packs and immediately selling the cards that are not among my short-term upgrade goals is giving me good results and I will continue to follow this strategy as long as the difference between Estimated Value and Purchase Price is a good and positive result.

Today January 22, 2023 there is a good difference between estimated value and purchase price of 1 Rebellion pack and after publishing this post I will use all DEC tokens I have in my in game wallet to purchase Rebellion packs from Hive Engine.

I continue to set growth goals on Splinterlands, hope that bots will be eliminated completely from Splinterlands, continue to increase the battle strength of my usable card collection in Modern Format where there are no bots, and look forward with much excitement to the fully playable versions of Genesis League Soccer and Soulkeep that will expand the Splinterlands ecosystem

Rebellion Conflicts: Calcoli, Tabelle e la mia strategia

Il nuovo Splinterlands Airdrop System, codename Rebellion Conflicts, inizierà domani 23 gennaio 2024 e sarà attivo subito dopo la finestra di manutenzione.

I Rebellion Conflits saranno in totale 9, avranno una durata di 30 giorni e distribuiranno 9 diverse Rebellion Cards.

Nel post che ho pubblicato 3 giorni fa ho condiviso le mie prime considerazioni e valutazioni sul nuovo airdrop system insieme alle informazioni principali e ad alcuni link utili.

Oggi ritorno a scrivere sul nuovo airdrop system ma entro più nel dettaglio e condivido alcuni calcoli, alcune tabelle che ho creato oggi e la mia strategia iniziale.

La carta che sarà distribuita nel primo airdrop sarà una carta leggendaria dell'elemento Dragone: RAGE

I requisiti per partecipare ai Rebellion Conflicts sono 2:

• avere uno o più Mage Wagon = contenitori in game che possono contenere max 5 Rebellion cards e max 100 Rebellion packs.
• avere Rebellion cards e/o Rebellion packs

La distribuzione delle Airdrop Cards avverrà tramite un meccanismo basato sui Contribution Points.

Più Contribution Points guadagnerà un giocatore e più airdrop chances avrà.

Il punteggio Contribution sarà calcolato ogni ora per ogni giocatore e il punteggio di ogni ora si sommerà al punteggio finale che definirà il Total Contribution di ogni giocatore.

Nella tabella seguente ho sintetizzato il funzionamento del nuovo Airdrop System.

Per calcolare le Airdrop Chances è necessario utilizzare la formula che puoi vedere nell'immagine seguente.

Ad esempio io ho 400 carte Rebellion (=1209 BCX) e ho un Collection Power (CP) totale = 46475 CP

In questo momento non ho Rebellion packs.

Se acquisterò un numero sufficiente di Mage Wagons per contenere tutte le mie carte Rebellion e se utilizzerò tutte le mie carte fin dall'inizio dell'airdrop le mie airdrop chances saranno alla fine dell'airdrop:
[(46475 x 720) + (0 x 100 x 720)] / 100000 =
= 33462000 / 100000 =
= 334.62
= 334 Airdrop Chances

Con 334 Airdrop chances otterrei 1 carta Rage garantita + 134 Airdrop chances

Oggi ho calcolato:

• il Total Collection Power necessario per ottenere da 1 a 11 carte Rage garantite nel primo airdrop
• il numero di Rebellion packs necessario per ottenere da 1 a 11 carte Rage garantite nel primo airdrop

Puoi vedere i risultati dei miei calcoli nella tabella seguente.

In base ai calcoli nella tabella precedente per ottenere una copia al massimo livello (=11 BCX) della carta leggendaria Rage nel primo airdrop è necessario inserire nei Mage Wagons:

• carte che hanno un CP totale = 305556
• oppure 3056 Rebellion packs

Adesso ti mostro alcuni calcoli e considerazioni sui Mage Wagons che sono un requisito indispensabile per partecipare ai 9 Rebellion Conflicts.

Ogni Mage Wagon potrà contenere Max 5 cards + Max 100 packs.

1 Mage Wagon potrà essere acquistato scegliendo tra 3 opzioni di acquisto:

• 50 VOUCHER
• 10000 DEC
• 10000 Credits

E' facile ed immediato calcolare il costo di 10000 Credits perchè è uguale a 10$.
Per il costo in DEC e VOUCHERS è invece necessario conoscere prima il valore del token HIVE.
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere i valori di mercato dei token VOUCHER e DEC (22 gennaio 2024)

Anche se i Mage Wagons non possono ancora essere acquistati nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere il calcolo del costo in dollari di 1 Mage Wagon in base alle tre opzioni di acquisto che saranno disponibili e in base ai valori di mercato attuali dei token HIVE, VOUCHER e DEC.

I calcoli presenti nell'immagine precedente mostrano chiaramente che ci sarà un unica opzione di acquisto per i Mage Wagons a meno che non ti piace pagare 5 volte di più del necessario :)

La mia strategia per i Rebellion Conflicts sarà la seguente:

• Non acquisterò un numero di Mage Wagons per contenere tutte le mie carte.
  Secondo me comprare un Mage Wagon per contenere 5 carte comuni di livello 1 = 25 Contribution points non ha senso dal punto di vista finanziario
• Per acquistare i Mage Wagons utilizzerò solo i token VOUCHER che ho già e non acquisterò altri token VOUCHER dal mercato per acquistare altri Mage Wagons.
• Invece di acquistare tanti Mage Wagons il mio focus sarà sull'aumentare il livello delle carte Rebellion che uso in battaglia, In questo modo aumenterò il mio win rate in battaglia e allo stesso tempo aumenterò anche le mie Airdrop Chances senza acquistare altri Mage Wagons.

Io ho un totale di 754 VOUCHER con i quali potrò acquistare 15 Mage Wagons in cui potrò inserire 75 carte.

Oggi ho tolto dal mercato di vendita Nalara Geinek Gold Foil perchè vale 12500 CP e valuterò durante l'airdrop se rimetterla in vendita oppure no.

Grazie ai filtri della sezione My Cards di Peakmonsters posso calcolare velocemente il mio total CP e il numero delle mie carte per ogni set e per ogni rarità.

Nella mia collezione sono le carte leggendarie del set Rebellion che contribuiscono maggiormente al mio total Collection Power:

• 15 carte Rebellion leggendarie - Total CP = 26500

Ma la funzionalità più utile di Peakmonsters per i Rebellion Conflicts è la possibilità di ordinare tutte le mie carte Rebellion in ordine decrescente in base al valore Collection Power.

Grazie a questa funzionalità oggi ho selezionato velocemente le mie 75 carte Rebellion con il valore CP più alto.

Dopo ho cliccato sul simbolo della selezione multipla in alto a destra e ho potuto calcolare velocemente il total CP delle 75 carte che ho selezionato = 41555 CP.

Il mio potenziale total contribution è = 41555 CP X 720 = 29919600
Il mio potenziale numero di Airdrop Chance è = 29919600 / 100000 = 299

Prima di domani ma anche durante l'airdrop avrò modo di aumentare il numero delle mie Airdrop chances aumentando il livello delle mie carte Rebellion oppure trovando delle belle sorprese nei pacchi che acquisterò e aprirò in futuro.

Infatti la mia strategia di acquistare i pacchi Rebellion e di vendere subito le carte che non sono tra i miei obiettivi di upgrade di breve termine mi sta dando buoni risultati e continuerò a seguire questa strategia fino a quando la differenza tra Valore stimato e Prezzo di acquisto sarà un risultato buono e positivo.

Oggi 22 gennaio 2023 c'è una bella differenza tra valore stimato e prezzo di acquisto di 1 pacco Rebellion e dopo la pubblicazione di questo post utilizzerò tutti i token DEC che ho nel mio in game wallet per acquistare dei pacchi Rebellion da Hive Engine.
