Moon Karts Season 48: My Results and Rewards Analysis
+ My Daily Gaming Activity
It's been 10 days since my last post on Hive.
Hive and Hive-based games are two of my passions that I like to devote part of my free time to, but in real life, unfortunately, there are other priorities such as work commitments.
2026 will be a special year for me because I want to find a different job from the one I currently have, which I no longer enjoy but cannot give up because it is necessary to live and support my family.
For this reason, 2026 will be a year full of new challenges and many work commitments because I will continue to do the jobs I did in 2025 but at the same time I will look for a new job.
These new challenges will inevitably reduce my free time, but I will continue to be active on Hive and Hive-based games, even if my gaming and publishing activities on my Hive blog may decrease compared to 2025, which was a very positive year for the growth of my Hive Power.

Today, I'm resuming my publishing and gaming activities on Hive with my foot on the accelerator because, after several days, I got into my kart and played six races on Moonkarts
Moonkarts is a Hive-based arcade race game that is part of the games available on the Arcade Colony platform.
In this post, I share:
- the analysis of my results and rewards obtained in season 48
- my daily gaming activity during the current season, season 49
Analysis of my results and rewards in season 48
On Moon Karts, seasons last 10 days, and the last season that ended was season 48, which started on December 25, 2025 and ended on January 4, 2026.
During season 48, I had little time to devote to Hive-based games and only played 42 races on Moon Karts.
I like to track my gaming activity, and in the image below you can see the data I collected for each race I played during season 48:
- the number of races I played
- the rating points I earned after each race
- my final ranking in each race
- the amount of Orbitals and Colony collected in each race
- the amount of FUEL consumed in each race
In Season 48, I made no changes to my Kart Preset, which consists of:
- Kart: Arachno Eclipse (Legendary)
- Driver: Drift (Legendary)
- Accessories: Flex Edge (Legendary), Jet Flow (Epic), Grip Ease (Rare)
- Tech Cards: Reinforced Body (Epic), Tire Upgrade (Epic), Engine Enhancement (Epic)
- Fuel Consumption: 221.1 (first 10 races), 243.21 (races 11-20), 267.53 (races 21-30)
My final results in the two seasonal leaderboards were:
- 4th place in the Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 6853 COLONY (previous season: 6th place: 10637 COLONY)
- 8th place in the Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 8920 COLONY (previous season: 9th place: 8474 COLONY)
Excluding the rewards from the two seasonal leaderboards and considering only the rewards I won in individual races, I earned a total of 210.41 COLONY.
Based on the market value (Highest Bid) of [COLONY] tokens (https://hive-engine.com/trade/COLONY) and the market value of HIVE tokens ($0.106), I calculated the value in SWAP.HIVE and dollars of the total seasonal reward (Racing Rewards + Leaderboard Rewards).
Adding up all the rewards I earned (Racing Rewards + Leaderboard Rewards), I received a total seasonal reward of 15983 COLONY = 11.35 SWAP.HIVE = $1.20
Selling 15,983 COLONY on Hive Engine at the Highest Bid value generates 11.35 SWAP.HIVE = $1.20
Exchanging 15983 COLONY for SWAP.HIVE tokens via the COLONY:SWAP.HIVE pool allows you to receive 11.61 SWAP.HIVE instead of 11.35 SWAP.HIVE
Thanks to the rewards I earned in season 48 (Racing Rewards + Leaderboard Rewards) and thanks to the COLONY tokens I earned from the daily airdrop as a SPS stakeholder and GLX stakeholder (+802.39 COLONY), today I added +16785.80 COLONY to my stake.
I now have 977479.59 COLONY staked.
I am very close to staking 1 million COLONY because I am only 22,520.41 COLONY short of reaching this goal.
In the table below, you can see the number of races played and my seasonal rewards from season 38 to season 48.

My daily gaming activity
The current season, season 49, is very close to ending, with only 22 hours and 46 minutes remaining.
Unfortunately, I only started playing today.
I played six races, and in the images below you can see my results for each race I played.

It was a short but positive gaming session because I got 6 first places out of 6 races played.
With 6 races played:
- I earned 17.09 COLONY
- I am in 14th place in the Ranked Leaderboard (Est. Rewards: 6557 COLONY)
- I am in 11th place in the Orbitals Leaderboard (Est. Rewards: 1237 COLONY)
I started playing very late this season, but I will try to play at least 20 races before the end of the season.

Moon Karts Season 48: l'Analisi dei miei risultati e delle mie ricompense
Sono passati 10 giorni dal mio ultimo post pubblicato su Hive.
Hive e gli Hive-based games sono due delle mie passioni a cui mi piace dedicare parte del mio tempo libero ma nella vita reale, purtroppo, ci sono altre priorità come gli impegni di lavoro.
Il 2026 sarà un anno particolare per me perchè voglio trovare un lavoro diverso da quello che faccio attualmente che non mi piace più ma a cui non posso rinunciare perchè è necessario per vivere e per sostenere la mia famiglia.
Per questo motivo il 2026 sarà un anno pieno di nuove sfide e tanti impegni lavorativi perché continuerò a fare i lavori che ho svolto nel 2025 ma allo stesso tempo cercherò un nuovo lavoro.
Queste mie nuove sfide produrranno inevitabilmente una riduzione del mio tempo libero ma continuerò ad essere attivo su Hive e sugli Hive-based games anche se la mia attività di gioco e la mia attività di pubblicazione nel mio Hive blog potrebbero diminuire rispetto al 2025 che è stato un anno molto positivo per la crescita del mio Hive Power.
Oggi riprendo la mia attività di pubblicazione e di gioco su Hive con un piede sull'acceleratore perché dopo diversi giorni sono salito sul mio Kart e ho giocato 5 corse su Moonkarts
Moonkarts, un Hive-based arcade race game che fa parte dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma Arcade Colony.

L'analisi dei miei risultati e delle mie ricompense nella stagione 48
Su Moon Karts le stagioni hanno una durata di 10 giorni e l'ultima stagione conclusa è stata la stagione 48 che è iniziata il 25 dicembre ed è terminata il 4 gennaio.
Durante la stagione 48 ho avuto poco tempo da dedicare agli Hive-based games e su Moon Karts ho giocato solo 42 corse.
Mi piace monitorare la mia attività di gioco e nella prossima immagine puoi vedere i dati che ho raccolto per ogni corsa che ho giocato durante la stagione 48:
- il numero di corse che ho giocato
- i punti di rating che ho guadagnato dopo ogni corsa
- il mio posizionamento finale in ogni corsa
- il quantitativo di Orbitals e Colony raccolti in ogni corsa
- il quantitativo di FUEL consumato in ogni corsa
Nella stagione 48 non ho fatto modifiche al mio Kart Preset che è composto da:

I miei risultati finali nelle due leaderboards stagionali sono stati:
- 4° posto nella Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 6853 COLONY (stagione precedente: 6° posto: 10637 COLONY)
- 8° posto nella Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 8920 COLONY (stagione precedente: 9° posto: 8474 COLONY)
Escludendo le ricompense delle due leaderboards stagionali e considerando solo le ricompense che ho vinto nelle singole corse ho guadagnato in totale 210.41 COLONY.
In base al valore di mercato (Highest Bid) dei token COLONY e in base al valore di mercato del token HIVE (0.106$) ho calcolato il valore in SWAP.HIVE e in dollari della ricompensa stagionale totale (Racing Rewards + Leaderboard Rewards).
Sommando tutte le ricompense che ho guadagnato (Racing Rewards + Leaderboard Rewards) ho ricevuto una ricompensa stagionale totale di 15983 COLONY = 11.35 SWAP.HIVE = 1.20$
Vendere 15983 COLONY su Hive Engine al valore Highest Bid fa guadagnare 11.35 SWAP.HIVE = 1.20$
Scambiare 15983 COLONY con i token SWAP.HIVE tramite la pool COLONY:SWAP.HIVE permette di ricevere 11.61 SWAP.HIVE invece di 11.35 SWAP.HIVE
Grazie alle ricompense che ho guadagnato nella stagione 48 (leaderboards + corse) e grazie ai token COLONY che ho guadagnato dall'airdrop giornaliero come SPS stakeholder e GLX stakeholder (+802.39 COLONY) oggi ho aggiunto +16785.80 COLONY al mio stake.

Sono molto vicino ad 1 Milione di COLONY in staking perchè mi mancano solo 22520.41 COLONY per raggiungere questo obiettivo.

La mia attività di gioco giornaliera
La stagione in corso, la stagione 49, è molto vicina alla conclusione perchè mancano solo 22 ore e 46 minuti.
Purtroppo ho iniziato a giocare solo oggi.
Ho giocato 6 corse e nelle prossime immagini puoi vedere i miei risultati in ogni corsa giocata.

E' stata una sessione di gioco breve ma positiva perchè ho ottenuto 6 primi posti su 6 corse giocate.
Con 6 corse giocate:
- ho guadagnato 17.09 COLONY
- sono al 14° posto nella Ranked Leaderboard (Est. Rewards: 6557 COLONY)
- sono all'11° posto nella Orbitals Leaderboard (Est. Rewards: 1237 COLONY)
In questa stagione ho iniziato a giocare molto tardi ma proverò a giocare almeno 20 corse prima della fine della stagione.

Anche per me lavorativamente il 2026 potrebbe essere un anno di svolta e, per lo stesso motivo, prevedo di essere meno attivo nella pubblicazione di post su Hive: sarebbe bello se, alla fine del 2026, tutti e due fossimo riusciti a centrare i nostri obiettivi (magari a questo giro quelli lavorativi, più che quelli legati ad Hive... a meno che Hive non voglia farci qualche grosso regalo, ma non ci spererei troppo visto l'andamento dell'anno passato 😅).
