Moon Karts: 7 CENTAURI Packs Bought and Opened + My First Card Upgrade (ENG/ITA)

7 CENTAURI Packs Bought and Opened + My First Card Upgrade
Moonkarts is a Hive-based arcade race game with nice graphics and good gameplay that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.
If you don't know Moon Karts, you can read the guide that I wrote recently in which I explained how to start playing.

Since the seasonal Leaderboards rewards have been activated, I have increased the frequency of my play activity on Moon Karts and my play results have also improved season after season.
Right now season number 17 is underway and will end in 7 days and 20 hours, and my game results, although partial because the season is still long, are very positive.
In fact, I am in fourth place in the Ranked Leaderboard and I am in fifth place in the Orbitals Leaderboard
To achieve these partial results I played 28 races but if I want to maintain my current ranking positions I must try to play many more races and I hope to have the free time to do so.
In addition to increasing my frequency of playing has also increased my frequency of posting content related to Moon Karts on my Hive blog because playing on Moon Kart is fun for me and when a game is fun for me I also enjoy writing contents.
The beauty of Hive is also this and that is the ability to play and post content related to the games I enjoy the most!
When I like a game, I also like to improve my game stats and on Moon Karts to improve my kart stats I have to increase the level of the NFTs that constitute my Kart Preset.
For example, I would like to increase the level of the Celestial Thrust power up which is the power up that I use the most during racing and to do that I need to combine multiple cards via the Merge operation.
There are few NFTs for sale in the Market and the purchase prices are, in my opinion, relatively high.
For this reason I prefer to buy the CENTAURI packs that contain 5 NFT although luck plays an important role here.
To date I have purchased and opened 50 CENTAURI packs and I think I have also been lucky because within the 50 CENTAURI packs I opened I found my Arachno Eclipse Legendary Kart.
A few days ago I created a purchase offer for 8 CENTAURI on Hive Engine (the tokenized version of CENTAURI packs) and today my purchase offer was partially accepted because I purchased 7 CENTAURI packs.
To open the 7 CENTAURI packs I first transferred the 7 CENTAURI packs from my Hive Engine Wallet to my in-game wallet via the Transfer feature at https://arcadecolony.com/packs.
Then I went to the My Packs section on Moon Karts
Then I clicked on Open Now
I chose not to purchase Gold Flux (+4% of finding a gold card) and Legendary Flux (+0.8% of finding a legendary card) and after entering 7 under Alpha Centauri I clicked on Open Packs.
In the next images you can see the 35 NFTs I found in the 7 CENTAURI packs I opened today.
I still do not have enough NFTs to increase the level of the mechanical parts that make up my Kart preset, but I can still upgrade a Power Up that I use a lot.
In fact, in my NFT collection I have:
- 1 Celestial Thrust Gold Foil
- 11 Celestial Thrust Regular
I prefer to keep my Celestial Thrust Gold Foil staked because it produces more FUEL than a Celestial Thrust regular.
I would have been happy to find 4 Celestial Thrust Regular in the packs I opened today because I could have upgraded to level 3.
However, I am happy because today I made the upgrade to level 2 by combining 5 level 1 Celestial Thrust.
Now my Power Up Celestial Thrust has better statistics:
- Level: 1 -> 2
- Speed: +10% -> +20%
- Duration: 2 seconds -> 3 seconds
- Cooldown: 15 seconds -> 13 seconds
It will, however, produce a greater decrease in the Handling statistic than level 1: -4% -> -5%
In the next few days I will continue to bid for CENTAURI packs on Hive Engine because I want to continue to increase the level of NFTs I use in racing.

Moon Karts: Ho acquistato e aperto 7 CENTAURI packs e ho fatto il mio primo upgrade!
Moonkarts è un Hive-based arcade race game che fa parte dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma Arcade Colony.
Se non conosci Moon Karts puoi leggere la guida che ho scritto di recente in cui ho spiegato come iniziare a giocare indicando anche tutti i requisiti iniziali.

Da quando sono state attivate le ricompense delle Leaderboards stagionali ho aumentato la frequenza della mia attività di gioco su Moon Karts e anche i miei risultati di gioco sono migliorati stagione dopo stagione.
In questo momento è in corso la stagione numero 17 che terminerà tra 7 giorni e 20 ore e i miei risultati di gioco, anche se parziali perchè la stagione è ancora lunga, sono molto positivi.
Infatti sono al quarto posto nella Ranked Leaderboard e sono al quinto posto nella Orbitals Leaderboard
Per ottenere questi risultati ho giocato 28 corse ma se voglio mantenere le mie attuali posizioni in classifica devo cercare di giocare molte più corse e spero di avere il tempo libero per farlo.
Oltre ad essere aumentata la mia frequenza di gioco è aumentata anche la mia frequenza di pubblicazione dei contenuti relativi a Moon Karts sul mio Hive blog perchè giocare su Moon Kart è divertente per me e quando un gioco mi diverte mi diverto anche a scrivere contenuti.
Il bello di Hive è anche questo e cioè la possibilità di giocare e pubblicare contenuti relativi ai giochi che mi piacciono di più!
Quando un gioco mi piace, mi piace anche migliorare le mie statistiche di gioco e su Moon Karts per migliorare le statistiche del mio kart devo aumentare il livello degli NFT che compongono il mio Kart Preset.
Ad esempio mi piacerebbe aumentare il livello del Power Up Celestial Thrust che è il power up che uso di più durante le corse e per farlo è necessario combinare più carte tramite l'operazione di Merge.
Nel Market ci sono pochi NFT in vendita e i prezzi di acquisto sono, secondo me, relativamente alti.
Per questo motivo preferisco acquistare i CENTAURI packs che contengono 5 NFT.
Fino ad oggi ho acquistato e aperto 50 CENTAURI packs e penso di essere stato anche fortunato perchè all'interno dei 50 CENTAURI packs che ho aperto ho trovato il mio Kart leggendario Arachno Eclipse.
Qualche giorno fa ho creato un'offerta di acquisto per 8 CENTAURI su Hive Engine (la versione tokenizzata dei CENTAURI packs) e oggi la mia offerta di acquisto è stata parzialmente accettata perchè ho acquistato 7 CENTAURI packs.
Per aprire i 7 CENTAURI packs ho prima trasferito i 7 CENTAURI packs dal mio Hive Engine Wallet al mio in-game wallet tramite la funzionalità Transfer su https://arcadecolony.com/packs.
Poi sono andato nella sezione My Packs su Moon Karts
Poi ho cliccato su Open Now
Ho scelto di non acquistare Gold Flux (+4% di trovare una carta gold) e Legendary Flux (+0.8% di trovare una carta leggendaria) e dopo aver inserito 7 sotto a Alpha Centauri ho cliccato su Open Packs.
Nelle prossime immagini puoi vedere i 35 NFT che ho trovato nei 7 CENTAURI packs che ho aperto oggi.
Non ho ancora un numero di NFT sufficiente per aumentare il livello delle parti meccaniche che compongono il mio Kart preset ma posso comunque fare l'upgrade di un Power Up che uso molto.
Infatti nella mia collezione di NFT ho:
- 1 Celestial Thrust Gold Foil
- 11 Celestial Thrust Regular
Preferisco tenere il mio Celestial Thrust Gold Foil staked perchè produce più FUEL di un Celestial Thrust regular.
Mi avrebbe fatto piacere trovare 4 Celestial Thrust Regular nei pacchi che ho aperto oggi perchè avrei potuto fare l'upgrade al livello 3.
Sono comunque contento perchè oggi ho fatto l'upgrade al livello 2 combinando 5 Celestial Thrust di livello 1.
Adesso il mio Power Up Celestial Thrust ha statistiche migliori:
- Level: 1 -> 2
- Speed: +10% -> +20%
- Duration: 2 secondi -> 3 secondi
- Cooldown: 15 secondi -> 13 secondi
Produrrà però un maggiore decremento della statista Handling rispetto al livello 1: -4% -> -5%
Nei prossimi giorni continuerò a fare offerte di acquisto per i CENTAURI packs su Hive Engine perchè voglio continuare ad aumentare il livello degli NFT che utilizzo nelle corse.

Your play is so smooth am having trobles with the controls do you use your pc keypad or a console ?
There is still some bugs to be solved because sometimes power ups are not activated on the first key press and sometimes drifting does not respond right away.
I play from the keyboard and overall the playability is good but improvements are needed.

No I use arrow key and I have no problems I sometimes have problems with the activation of power ups
