HIVE at 0.15$! The Short Term Is Noise, the Long Term Is Direction!
Financial markets, including the cryptocurrency market, reacted strongly to Trump's announcement of 100% tariffs on imports from China.
The news produced a escape from riskier assets and a consequent liquidation estimated between $19 and $20 billion in a few hours.
As for the cryptocurrency market, many coins recorded sharp declines in value.
On October 10, 2025, Bitcoin moved from a value of $121,991.84 to a value of $108,596.22
Today, BTC is worth $113,273.07 and has recorded -7.78% in 7 days.
HIVE also recorded a significant decline, falling from around $0.17 to $0.09091, then recovering to its current value of $0.1501.
Over a seven-day period, BTC recorded -7.78%, while HIVE recorded a decrease in value of -18.79%.
For HIVE, it was a sharp but not structural decline because it simply followed the general market trend.
I have been on Hive for more than 6 years and have seen HIVE worth less than today's value and also much more than today's value.
I considered HIVE's value to be underestimated when it was worth more than $1, and I consider it to be very underestimated even today when it is worth $0.15.
Markets move quickly, but my conviction does not!
I am not a trader, and I am not a finance expert, but I know very well why I am here on Hive.
I am here for a fast, commission-free, and truly decentralized blockchain.
I am here because I like to publish content on my Hive blog in total freedom!
I am here because I like to play Hive-based games and I don't have to worry about paying fees to transfer a token or an NFT.
I'm here because I enjoy reading content from other Hive authors and interacting with other Hive users.
I'm here because I enjoy supporting projects and other Hive authors.
Some people check the charts every hour, but I prefer to watch my Hive Power grow every month.
On Hive, there are HIVE tokens and HBD tokens, but it is only the staked form of HIVE tokens = Hive Power (HP) that measures the influence of a Hive account.
At this moment, HIVE is worth $0.15:
- I'm sorry I don't have HBD to convert to HIVE to do Power Up
- I'm sorry I don't have external liquidity to buy HIVE, but the income from my work outside of Hive is used to support my family and I have no surplus.
In the short term, the price of HIVE may change for better or worse, but my direction will not.
The short term is noise, but the long term is direction.
My goal is to continue growing on Hive, a blockchain in which lives an ecosystem of people, communities, applications, tools, and projects that are constantly evolving, being built, and improved.
For those like me who have long-term goals on Hive, short-term value is not very important. In fact, it is an opportunity to consolidate and increase one's position, which on Hive is equivalent to increasing one's Hive Power.
Among other things, it is precisely at times like this that it is important to be more active on Hive!
The current value of Hive does not change my goals on Hive but reinforces them:
- Publish every day (family and work come first, but I try).
- Support more different authors as my voting power increases.
- Increase my Hive Power every month.

HIVE a 0.15$! Il Breve Periodo è Rumore, il Lungo Periodo è Direzione!
I mercati finanziari, compreso il mercato delle criptovalute, hanno reagito con forza all'annuncio fatto da Trump delle tariffe al 100% sulle importazioni dalla Cina.
La notizia ha prodotto la fuga dagli asset più rischiosi e una conseguente liquidazione stimata tra i 19 e 20 miliardi di dollari in poche ore.
Per quanto riguarda il mercato delle cryptovalute tante coin hanno registrato forti diminuzioni di valore.
Il 10 ottobre 2025 Bitcoin è passato da un valore di 121,991.84$ ad un valore di 108,596.22$
Oggi BTC vale 113,273.07$ e ha fatto registrare -7.78% in 7 giorni.
Anche HIVE ha registrato una diminuzione importante, passando da un valore intorno a 0.17$ ad un valore di 0.09091$ per poi recuperare fino al valore attuale di 0.1501$.
In un intervallo di tempo di sette giorni BTC ha registrato -7.78% mentre HIVE ha registrato una diminuzione di valore del -18.79%.
Per HIVE è stato un ribasso brusco ma non strutturale perchè ha semplicemente seguito l'andamento generale del mercato.
Sono su Hive da più di 6 anni e ho visto HIVE valere meno del valore odierno e anche molto più del valore odierno.
Consideravo il valore di HIVE sottostimato quando valeva più di 1$ e lo considero molto sottostimato anche oggi che vale 0.15$.
I mercati si muovono in fretta ma la mia convinzione no!
Non sono un trader e non sono un esperto di finanza ma so molto bene perchè sono qui su Hive.
Sono qui per una blockchain veloce, senza commissioni e realmente decentralizzata.
Sono qui perchè mi piace pubblicare contenuti nel mio Hive blog in totale libertà!
Sono qui perchè mi piace giocare agli Hive-based games e non mi devo preoccupare di pagare fee per trasferire un token o un NFT
Sono qui perchè mi piace leggere i contenuti degli altri autori di Hive e interagire con gli altri utenti di Hive.

C’è chi guarda i grafici ogni ora, io preferisco guardare il mio Hive Power crescere ogni mese.
Su Hive ci sono i token HIVE e i token HBD ma è solo la forma staked dei token HIVE = Hive Power (HP) che misura l'influenza di un Hive account.
In questo momento che HIVE vale 0.15$:
- mi dispiace non avere HBD da convertire in HIVE per fare Power Up
- mi dispiace non avere liquidità esterna per comprare HIVE ma le entrate economiche dei miei lavori al di fuori di Hive servono per sostenere la mia famiglia e non ho surplus.
Nel breve periodo il prezzo di HIVE potrà cambiare in meglio o in peggio ma la mia direzione no.
Il breve periodo è rumore, ma il lungo periodo è direzione.
La mia direzione è continuare a crescere su Hive, su una blockchain in cui vive un ecosistema di persone, comunità, applicazioni, tool e progetti in continua evoluzione e in continua costruzione e miglioramento.
Per chi come me ha obiettivi di lungo periodo su Hive il valore nel breve periodo non ha molta importanza e anzi, è un'occasione per consolidare e aumentare la propria posizione, che su Hive equivale ad aumentare il proprio Hive Power.
Tra l'altro è proprio nei momenti come questo che è importante essere maggiormente attivi su Hive!
Il valore attuale di Hive non modifica i miei obiettivi su Hive ma li rafforza:
- Pubblicare ogni giorno (prima la famiglia e il lavoro, ma ci provo).
- Supportare più autori diversi con l'aumentare del mio potere di voto.
- Aumentare il mio Hive Power ogni mese.
Sì oggi HIVE è a 0,15$ ma la mia bussola non si è mossa e continua a puntare nella stessa direzione!

Awesome post! I'm here for the same reason, for the ecosystem and to support other authors. The price is most certainly down, but that's not why I post here. Sure it feels great to see high prices and we may see prices get worse before they improve, but the experience here really is unique. I've been trying to increase my posting to daily to increase my earnings and grow my account faster while Hive is cheap!
Sadly some second level projects haven't been faring very well, and I guess that's just par for the course. Hopefully we'll see some more builders and continue to see posts from new authors. Keep up the great job!

Buying hive below 15 cents is a no-brainer. Just go for it and grab as much as possible. I used all my HBD to convert to HIVE. I wish I had more stability this time, but sadly, that is not the case for me.
In my opinion, you did the right thing converting your HBD to HIVE. If I had any, I would have converted them immediately to increase my Hive Power.
Now is the perfect time to be even more active on Hive and consolidate the position while waiting for better times in the future ;)

I was not expecting this from hive because when the market goes up hive didn't move a bit but when the market goes down the hive change it position like a rain fall 🍁 , I was sleeping and then just open my eyes and loss 500$, I was feeling very sad but it's life sometimes it teach you a lesson, I am not selling any tokens until it reach 0.65 to 1$, I will engage with community and patience is a key to success now , Tell me how you manage and take profit from hive?
Volatility in the crypto market is something we have to live with... It's just my opinion, but HIVE has too many utilities to be worth what it's worth right now.

It's interesting to see how things will go, and I agree that I am here more for the community. I'll still continue to get more Hive with my HBD that I earn every week while it is low.

If HIVE remains constant and HBD stays below the peg, putting 50% in poyout may be the right strategy.
I put 100% in power up because if HIVE rises, I get less HP, but both strategies have a logical basis.

I am new here so powering up is what I am doing and with low price this is easier. otherwise 0.25 is a bit steep for me right now to buy so I take this as an opportunity. learning a lot from veteran users like you. I have to learn more on how to optimize my experience.
