Golem Overlord Conquest Mode: My Daily Game Activity in the Last Day of Season (ENG/ITA)
La versione in italiano è subito dopo la versione in inglese - The Italian version is immediately after the English version Among the Hive-based games I play regularly or at least try to play regularly every day is the strategic Player Vs Player game mode of Golem Overlord which is called Conquest Mode. In the next gif you can see a few seconds of one of my battles in Conquest Mode. In Conquest Mode, Ranked Play is structured into seasons that last for 15 days. At the time I am writing this post, season S25.03-1 is in progress and will end in only 1 hour and 25 minutes. I have had 15 days to play but have only played 10 battles (9 battles won and 1 battle lost). With my rating score = 1414 I am in position 66 which is a position outside of the awarded positions. To receive a season reward in ANIMA tokens I should achieve a rating score of at least 1513 points before the end of the season. Contextually with the writing of this post I will play and try to enter the award positions of the seasonal leaderboards and share the results of the battles. On Golem Overlord to play a battle in Conquest mode you need to click on Ranked in the Matchmaking section of Conquest Mode. If you click on the next links you can see the battles I played today. In the game session I showed you in this post, I played a total of 18 battles. Out of 18 battles: I earned 8.62 ANIMA tokens I finished the season S25.03-1 in 58th place on the seasonal leaderboard, the last place without seasonal rewards. There were 186 active players in season S25.03-1. In the season just ended I played only 28 battle and this is perhaps my negative record since I started playing in Conquest Mode. In the next season I will try to play at least 100 battles with the goal of reaching an amount of 190 ANIMA in my in-game wallet. In fact in my in-game wallet I have 114.4 ANIMA but I need 190 ANIMA in order to upgrade one of my level 9 Golems to level 10. Per ricevere un premio stagionale in ANIMA token dovrei raggiungere un punteggio di rating di almeno 1513 punti prima della fine della stagione. Contestualmente alla scrittura di questo post giocherò e proverò ad entrare nelle posizioni premiate della leaderboards stagionale e condividerò i risultati delle battaglie. Su Golem Overlord per giocare una battaglia nel Conquest mode è necessario cliccare su Ranked nella sezione Matchmaking del Conquest Mode. STOPConquests sounds rough. Do number of games matter that much? If you lose a lot, I think your rank would go down regardless, but I guess you might get some ANIMA out of the fights.
Playing a minimum of battles is important. With only 30 battles played in 15 days, I came within one place of the awarded positions. This season I will try to play at least 100 battles.
Yes even without getting to the awarded positions playing allows you to earn ANIMA tokens, with 30 battles I have earned about 13 ANIMA
I have tried the Conquest mode and I sucked! 😃 I think I was ranked around 100th place (or worse), and I had no idea what I was doing... So, thanks for clarifying things about free and "paid" Golems and the use case of ANIMA... I had no idea about that...
As of lack of time, I stick to the "Idle" part of the game... Doing quests, claims, and upgrading main stats...

I also started this way by playing randomly but then by playing the results improve.
I do not know the dynamics of the game in depth but by playing I am slowly learning to make better choices in selecting golems.
the idle version takes very little time while the conquest mode more time but it is also much more fun.

Io alla fine ancora non ho cominciato a fare l'upgrade dei Golem: con il token ANIMA che ha ancora un così buon valore sono ogni volta troppo tentato dal venderlo e mettere da parte altri HIVE 😅
Comunque sono contento che abbiano abbassato il cap dei Golem gratuiti ad 8 e, anzi, mi piacerebbe vederlo ancora più basso, in modo da offrire più ragioni per comprare anche quelli di livello più basso.

Ho giocato pochissimo nella precedente stagione e essere arrivato ad un posto dalle posizioni premiate con solo trenta battaglie mi fa ben sperare per la prossima nella quale cercherò di giocare almeno 100 battaglie.
Il cap piace anche a me perchè è un incentivo a movimentare il mercato.
Peccato che lato promozione golem è un pò carente perchè il conquest mode ha potenziale
