Today is July 20, 2023, and it is very hot in my city because the temperature is around 36 degrees Celsius.
Fortunately, I live in a city that is on a mountainous relief whose top is 819 meters above sea level, and at night the temperatures drop to 16 degrees Celsius, and that is when it is pleasant to walk outside.

On dCrops the temperatures even though virtual will surely be lower than those in real life because it is a few hours since summer ended and the fall season began which will last 15 days.

dCrops is a farming blockchain game developed and built on the Hive blockchain and is a game I have been playing since May 2021.

It is the beginning of the season when I spend the most time on dCrops because there are several game operations to be performed that however take very little time and this is one of the strengths of dCrops in my opinion.

In this beginning of the season there is also an interesting promotion for dCrops players who also play on Splinterlands because there is a SPS delegation giveaway that will distribute a 5000 SPS delegation to the first 200 players who complete all the seasonal quests during the fall season for a total of 1 million SPS delegation.

dCrops: My Summer Report and My Autumn Operativeness + Focus on Quests and Dcrops 1 million SPS Delegation Giveaway!

I like to share my game activity on almost every Hive game I play.

In order to check my progress on dCrops season after season, I got into the habit at the start of each season of noting down four pieces of information:

• My Account Value
• My Inventory Total Shares Value
• My total CROP tokens in my wallets (in-game wallet and Hive Engine wallet)
• My CROP Power

In this way at the beginning of each season I have a seasonal information frame of the starting point and ending point of my virtual farm on dCrops in each season.
By comparing the final and initial values I can also get a compact view of the status of my investment on dCrops.

In the following table you can see the results I obtained in the summer season.

The only negative result I record today is a decrease in the value of my collection of NFTs = Account Value which in 15 days records a decrease in market value of:

• -86.61 SWAP.HIVE
• -5.32%

By the end of the spring season I had recorded an increase in value of +1.70%.

The value in point Shares of my inventory increased by +13.52% which is a much higher value than the increase in CROP tokens in my possession: +0.47% = +64.01 CROP.

The large difference in percentage increase between my Shares points (+13.52%) and the amount of CROP tokens (+0.47%) is the result of the event-oriented strategy that I have decided to follow in all the seasons leading up to the start of the next event organized by dCrops:

• I will only sell crops to complete quests until the start of the next event
• I will sell all other crops only during the next event so as to gain an initial advantage = more points to use in the Event Shop.

So far my event-oriented strategy has produced positive results and I hope it will continue to do so in the future.

Even though my CROP Power has increased by a value of +128.71 CROP Power (+0.20%) my daily gain in HIVE tokens has decreased.
With my CROP POWER = 64125.64 I receive a daily reward in HIVE tokens directly in my Hive Wallet and the last daily reward I received in my wallet was 0.111 HIVE

In the summer season, I completed all seasonal quests without any particular difficulty because I had received only one uncompletable quest and I only had to use the Reroll function 1 time because I received a completable quest to replace the initial quest that I could not complete.

My reward for completing all the summer season quests was an amount of 14 Reward Chest.

In the following image you can see what I found inside the 14 Chests that I opened today.

The only items findable within Reward Chests that are directly marketable are NFTs of type Resource.
Since the quests were introduced I have never found Gold Ore NFTs within my reward chests and even today I continue this established "unfortunate habit" of mine but I am still satisfied because I have found 4 Resource-type NFTs out of 14 open chests:

• 2 Copper Ore
• 2 Wood

In the table below you can see the total market value of the four NFTs I found inside the chests: 3.66 HIVE = $1.32492

The first operation that I perform at the beginning of each season and always perform before planting my seeds in my Land plots is requesting new quests.

If you are a new player always remember to request the new quests before planting seeds for the new season because otherwise you may have a lot of difficulty completing the quests ;)

This season completing the quests as soon as possible will be important to me because only the first 200 players to complete the seasonal quests will receive the delegation of 5000 SPS for 15 days offered by one of the greatest players in dCrops: @seeyouinlumb.

I play on Splinterlands on a daily basis and even though I have 63103.43 SPS staked I would very much like to receive a 5000 SPS delegation because my SPS multiplier would increase by +0.21 points: x9.33 -> x9.54

The quests can be of three types:

• Sell
• Harvest
• Plant

Sell and Plant quests are the quests that can be completed immediately while Harvest type quests are the quests that can take a variable amount of time depending on the ripening time of the Seeds planted in the land plots.
This time can vary from 1 day to several days and so if I receive Harvest type quests I will have to consider whether to use the reroll function for this type of quests as well to hopefully receive quests that can be completed in a shorter time or not.

In the image below you can see the 7 new quests that I must complete in the fall season if I want to receive another seasonal reward and if I want to try to be among the 200 players rewarded with the SPS token delegation.

In previous seasons I have been on average very lucky with seasonal quests while today I was quite unlucky because I received 4 quests that I cannot complete.

In fact the first quest and the third quest ask me:

• "Harvest 5 Sweet Potato crops"
• "Harvest 2 Sweet Potato crops."

But I don't have NFT Sweet Potato in my card collection.

I also can't complete quests number 6 and 7 because I don't have NFTs King Weed.

I must necessarily use the Reroll feature at least four times, spend a total of 40 CROP and hope to receive four easily completed quests.

In the first Reroll I was lucky because I received one completable quest: Harvest 3 Lavender crops.

In the second reroll, however, I was unlucky because I had to use the Reroll function twice before I received a completable quest: Harvest 3 Sage crops

In the third Reroll I was also not very lucky: 2 Rerolls

In the next reroll I immediately find a completable quest.

To get all of the completable quests I spent 60 CROP = 6 Rerolls.

In the following image you can see my new seasonal quests window.

I completed the Sell and Plant type quests immediately.

I sold 3 Bell Pepper (1 star), 2 Beetroot (2 stars), 3 Parsley (1 star) and received 83 Shares points.

To complete the harvest type quests sooner rather than later, I used speed grow boosters where I planted the NFT seeds useful for completing the three Harvest type quests.

If I had not used speed-grow boosters I would have had to wait 7 days to complete all the quests because NFT Garlic has a production time of 7 days.

Instead, I only have to wait 3 days and 17 hours to harvest the Garlic crops and complete all the seasonal quests.

Then I will be able to go to the dCrops discord server in the channel events and type the command /quests to receive the delegation in SPS tokens.

Till today July 2023 3:00 p.m. about 15 players have completed all the quests and applied for SPS delegation and I think I will be able to be in the top 200 applicants even if I have to wait 3 days.

The next step in managing seasonal quests is the Planting operation executable from the Farm section of dCrops.

In the following image you can see all seeds I planted today.

In every blockchain-based game I play I like to monitor the value of the game tokens and on dCrops I do this check at the beginning of each season.
Before I conclude the writing of this post of mine, I will show you the prospectus I created to monitor the trend of CROP token value season after season.

In the table below you can see the calculation of the difference in value (in dollars and in HIVE) of the CROP tokens over a time interval of 14 days (July 5, 2023 - July 19, 2023).

In a 14-day time interval HIVE registers a good increase in positive value: +7.74% compared to the dollar value it had 14 days ago.

The good increase in value of the HIVE token also drags the dollar value of the CROP token, which registers:

• +11.11% compared to the dollar value it had 14 days ago (Highest Bid Market Value)
• +16.25% compared to the dollar value it had 14 days ago (Lowest Ask Market Value)

The last 14-day time frame was a very positive period for the value of the HIVE token and the CROP token, and the hope is that this positive trend will continue in the future...

Oggi è il 20 luglio 2023 e nella mia città fa molto caldo perchè la temperatura è sui 36 gradi centigradi.
Fortunatamente vivo in una città che si sviluppa su un rilievo montuoso la cui cima è a 819 metri sul livello del mare e la sera le temperature scendono fino a 16 gradi ed è in quel momento che è piacevole passeggiare all'aperto.

Su dCrops le temperature anche se virtuali saranno sicuramente più basse di quelle della vita reale perchè è da poche ore terminata l'estate ed è iniziata la stagione autunnale che durerà 15 giorni.

dCrops è un gioco di farming sviluppato e costruito sulla blockchain di Hive ed è un gioco a cui gioco da maggio 2021.

E' l'inizio della stagione il momento in cui dedico più tempo a dCrops perchè sono diverse le operazioni di gioco da effettuare che però richiedono un tempo molto ridotto ed è questo uno dei punti di forza di dCrops secondo me.

In questo inizio di stagione c'è anche una interessante promozione per i giocatori di dCrops che giocano anche su Splinterlands perchè c'è un SPS delegation giveaway che distribuirà una delega da 5000 SPS ai primi 200 giocatori che completeranno tutte le quests stagionali durante la stagione autunnale per un totale di 1 milione di SPS in delega.

Il mio Report estivo e la mia operatività di inizio autunno

Mi piace condividere la mia attività di gioco su quasi tutti gli Hive games che gioco.

Per controllare i miei progressi su dCrops stagione dopo stagione ho preso l'abitudine ad ogni inizio di stagione di annotarmi quattro informazioni:

• My Account Value
• My Inventory Total Shares Value
• My total CROP tokens in my wallets (in-game wallet and Hive Engine wallet)
• My CROP Power

In questo modo ad ogni inizio stagione ho un mini-quadro informativo stagionale del punto di partenza e del punto di arrivo della mia fattoria virtuale su dCrops in ogni stagione.
Dal confronto tra i valori finali e i valori iniziali posso ottenere anche una visione compatta dello stato del mio investimento su dCrops.

Nel prospetto seguente puoi vedere i risultati che ho ottenuto nella stagione estiva.

L'unico risultato negativo che registro oggi è una diminuzione del valore della mia collezione di NFTs = Account Value che in 15 giorni registra una diminuzione di valore di mercato di:

• -86.61 SWAP.HIVE
• -5.32%

Alla fine della stagione primaverile avevo registrato un aumento di valore di +1.70%.

Il valore in punti Shares del mio inventario è aumentato del +13.52% che è un valore molto superiore all'aumento dei CROP tokens in mio possesso: +0.47% = +64.01 CROP.

La grande differenza di incremento percentuale tra i miei punti Shares (+13.52%) e il quantitativo di CROP tokens (+0.47%) è il risultato della strategia event-oriented che ho deciso di seguire in tutte le stagioni che precederanno l'inizio del prossimo evento organizzato da dCrops:

• venderò solo i crops per completare le quests fino all'inizio del prossimo evento
• venderò tutti gli altri crops solo durante il prossimo evento in modo da ottenere un vantaggio iniziale = un numero maggiore di punti da utilizzare nell'Event Shop.

Fino ad ora la mia strategia event-oriented ha prodotto risultati positivi e spero che continui a farlo anche in futuro.

Anche se il mio CROP Power è aumentato di un valore di +128.71 CROP Power (+0.20%) è diminuito il mio guadagno giornaliero in token HIVE.
Con il mio CROP POWER = 64125.64 ricevo ogni giorno una ricompensa in token HIVE direttamente nel mio Hive Wallet e l'ultima ricompensa giornaliera che ho ricevuto nel mio wallet è stata di 0.111 HIVE

Nella stagione estiva ho completato tutte le quests stagionali senza particolari difficoltà perchè avevo ricevuto solo una quest non completabile e ho dovuto utilizzare la funzione Reroll solo 1 volta perchè ho ricevuto una quest completabile in sostituzione della quest iniziale che non potevo completare.

La mia ricompensa per aver completato tutte le quests della stagione estiva è stato un quantitativo di 14 Reward Chest.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere cosa ho trovato all'interno dei 14 Chests che ho aperto oggi.

Gli unici elementi trovabili all'interno dei Reward Chests che sono direttamente vendibili sul mercato sono gli NFTs di tipo Resource.
Da quando sono state introdotte le quests non ho mai trovato gli NFTs Gold Ore all'interno dei miei reward chests e anche oggi continuo questa mia consolidata "sfortunata abitudine" ma sono comunque soddisfatto perchè ho trovato 4 NFTs di tipo Resource su 14 chests aperti:

• 2 Copper Ore
• 2 Wood

Nella tabella seguente puoi vedere il valore di mercato totale dei quattro NFTs che ho trovato all'interno dei forzieri: 3.66 HIVE = 1.32492$

La prima operazione che effettuato ad ogni inizio stagione e che effettuo sempre prima di piantare i miei semi nei miei Land plots è richiedere le nuove quests.

Se sei un nuovo giocatore ricordati sempre di richiedere le nuove quests prima di piantare i semi per la nuova stagione perchè altrimenti potresti avere molte difficoltà a completare le quests ;)

In questa stagione completare le quests il prima possibile sarà importante per me perchè solo i primi 200 giocatori che completeranno le quests stagionali riceveranno la delega di 5000 SPS per 15 giorni.

Gioco su Splinterlands quotidianamente e anche se ho 63103.43 SPS staked mi farebbe molto comodo ricevere una delega di 5000 SPS perchè il mio SPS multiplier aumenterebbe di +0.21 punti: x9.33 -> x9.54

Le quests possono essere di tre tipi:

• Sell
• Harvest
• Plant

Le quest Sell e Plant sono le quests completabili immediatamente mentre le quests di tipo Harvest sono le quest che possono richiedere un tempo variabile in base al tempo di maturazione dei Seeds piantati nei land plots.
Questo tempo può variarare da 1 giorno a più giorni e quindi se riceverò quests di tipo Harvest dovrò valutare se utilizzare la funzione reroll anche per questo tipo di quests per sperare di ricevere quests completabili in un tempo minore oppure no.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le 7 nuove quests che devo completare nella stagione autunnale se voglio ricevere un'altra ricompensa stagionale e se voglio cercare di rientrare tra i 200 giocatori premiati con la delega in token SPS.

Nelle precedenti stagioni sono stato mediamente molto fortunato con le quests stagionali mentre oggi sono stato abbastanza sfortunato perchè ho ricevuto 4 quests che non posso completare.

Infatti la prima quest e la terza quest mi chiedono:

• "Harvest 5 Sweet Potato crops"
• "Harvest 2 Sweet Potato crops"

Ma io non ho NFT Sweet Potato nella mia collezione di carte.

Non posso completare anche le quests numero 6 e 7 perchè non ho NFTs King Weed.

Devo necessariamente utilizzare la funzionalità Reroll almeno quattro volte, spendere un totale di 40 CROP e sperare di ricevere quattro quests completabili facilmente.

Nel primo Reroll sono stato fortunato perchè ho ricevuto una quest completabile: Harvest 3 Lavender crops.

Nel secondo reroll invece non sono stato fortunato perchè ho dovuto utilizzare la funzione Reroll due volte prima di ricevere una quest completabile: Harvest 3 Sage crops

Anche nel terzo Reroll non sono stato molto fortunato: 2 Rerolls

Nel successivo reroll trovo subito una quest completabile.

Per avere tutte quests completabili ho speso 60 CROP = 6 Rerolls.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere il mio nuovo riquadro delle quests stagionali.

Ho completato subito le quests di tipo Sell e Plant.

Ho venduto 3 Bell Pepper (1 stella), 2 Beetroot (2 stelle), 3 Parsley (1 stella) e ho ricevuto 83 punti Shares.

Per compleare prima le quests di tipo harvest ho utilizzato dei boosters speed grow dove ho piantato gli NFT seeds utili per completare le tre quests di tipo Harvest.

Se non avessi utilizzato i boosters speed-grow avrei dovuto aspettare 7 giorni per completare tutte le quests perchè l'NFT Garlic ha un tempo di produzione di 7 giorni.

Devo invece aspettare solo 3 giorni e 17 ore per poter effettuare l'harvest dei Garlic crops e completare tutte le quests stagionali.

Poi potrò andare sul server discord di dCrops nel canale events e scrivere il comando /quests per ricevere la delega in token SPS.

Fino ad oggi 20 luglio 2023 ore 15:00 circa 15 giocatori hanno completato tutte le quests e richiesto la delega SPS.

Il passo successivo alla gestione delle quests stagionali è l'operazione di Planting eseguibile dalla sezione Farm di dCrops.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutti i semi che ho piantato oggi.

In ogni gioco basato su blockchain in cui gioco mi piace monitorare il valore dei tokens del gioco e prima di concludere la scrittura di questo mio post ti mostro il prospetto che ho creato per monitorare l'andamento del valore del token CROP stagione dopo stagione.
Concludo questo mio post condividendo il prospetto seguente nel quale puoi vedere il calcolo della differenza di valore (in dollari e in HIVE) dei token CROP in un intervallo di tempo di 14 giorni (5 luglio 2023 - 19 luglio 2023).

In un intervallo di tempo di 14 giorni HIVE registra un buon incremento di valore positivo: +7.74% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 14 giorni fa.

Il buon incremento di valore del token HIVE trascina anche il valore in dollari del token CROP che fa registrare:

• +11.11% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 14 giorni fa (Highest Bid Market Value)
• +16.25% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 14 giorni fa (Lowest Ask Market Value)

L'ultimo intevallo di tempo di 14 giorni è stato un periodo molto positivo per il valore del token HIVE e del token CROP e la speranza è che questo trend positivo continui anche in futuro...
