Craving for milk tea and Nachos, I tried a local snack house in town.

Eversince, I love supporting small businesses rather than buying in well known brands and establishments. Thus, instead of ordering online for food, I chose to go out and check the nearest food outlet at home. Not only to help local entrepreneurs but for my benefits. Going out for a walk at the same time saving some money.
This is one afternoon before I go home for a month vacation that Caleb my son and I dropped by in a snack house, Taste Bud'ds.

The Location and interior.
May not in commercial establishments but it was along the road near the intersection going to the church, school, market, highway. The potential customers are students and passers by who suddenly felt the kick of hunger from grocery shopping or after church.
The area was small and inside you can find two tables good for three.
As you enter, you could find the counter and high chairs on your left.
Available drinks are handwritten in a small board place along with other merchandise at the counter. The owner also added a few potted plastic flowers and plants as decor.

It Looked like wood or PVC but it was a wallpaper to cover the old painted wall.
A true businesswoman! Why settle for snacks if you can sell other than that? Crab paste anyone?

The food
I've been craving for nachos and milktea so I ordered one though chicken wings seemed enticing. I sit on one of the tables while I arrange Caleb's stroller near me.
After a few minutes, our order was served.
The Nachos
the milktea - mango cheesecake flavor
It looks mouthwatering but on the first sip? Sadly it wasn't. Even the nachos weren't something I am expecting.
BUT I might say just right for the price. Sometimes buying foods cheaper means the ingredients aren't the same. The resulting taste varies. No doubt a cup of milktea in one of the leading brands here tastes great yet it would cost almost $4. The one I bought was only $1. That explains the same with nachos.
It may not be the taste I am wanting but it isn't that bad. Thus, after eating a few Caleb started to get restless.

I tried soothing him by giving snack, bread pan and even his favorite banana but he refused. Still he would cry after a while. The challenge of every Mom when trying to eat outside with an infant.
It didn't take long before I figured out what he wanted. Any Idea?
YES! He wanted to have a sip of milktea!

Of course I let him have a sip! Naaa kidding aside. This was taken a month ago and he can't drink using a straw yet. He only thought he had, lol.
Still, I ended up wrapping my order for a take out for the convenience of not only me but other customers.

De nada.
I am one of those who think that small businesses and SMEs should be supported. Mainly, to promote local commerce. Everything there looks nice.
That's nice, more support!

Nachos and milk tea are always a good combo—even more when it’s just a $1! Taste might not be 10/10, but you got a cozy snack stop and a little adventure.
Agree, and somehow had a full stomach
