Attended goddaughter's birthday celebration in Jollitown, Jolibbee.

In my last post here, I mentioned that one of my husband's friends also invited me to his daughter's birthday. Yes, also our goddaughter. At first, he said the venue would be in their home, just minutes away from us. Yet, days before the party, he sent an invitation, the venue will be in Jollibee.

**Should we go? It would be hard since it's only Caleb and me. Told the husband, so we asked his friend if it was okay if I brought my mother-in-law. He also had a good relationship with MIL and even invited her, so it was fine.

Jollibee Banay-banay is two rides away, and the party starts at one in the afternoon. The weather was hot, so I decided to pay $3 for a special tricycle ride.

We just arrived in time as the party was about to start. There are only a few guests, and they mostly look familiar. Know their faces but not their names. Also, husband's friends are there as they are all Godparents.

Party hats, games for kids, seven roses, seven wishes, and family moments. I was supposed to be included, but Caleb is clinging to me like a koala, so I politely declined.

In fairness, he wasn't overwhelmed; he was walking around and showing his energetic side.

He even enjoyed eating chicken joy while still holding fries.

Fries dipped in gravy!Anyone had tried? It was delicious, according to my toddler 🤣. He was so busy eating, and it was messy!

The crew has already packed and distributed the food to each table. It includes: chicken with rice, jolly spaghetti, fries, sundae, and pineapple juice for drinks.*

When I wrote in registration, I included Caleb's name, so he was counted in the food 🤣. I told the crew he had eaten a little, but she insisted we should get it.

What I did was give it to some kids who wanted more.

To complete the fun, the Jollibee mascot dropped by. This time, Caleb isn't afraid, but he also doesn't like having a picture with him.

This past week, it was hard to take a photo of him 🤣.

What did he enjoy the most?

It's the lootbag and the souvenir!

He was the one who held it from the venue until we got home.

More like a souvenir. He was excited and happy, holding it even as we walked home. Won't even let me have it.

I was laughing while staring at his photos, but I also realized he needs new trousers. His denim pants now look small, a time to check out some items in my cart 😆.
