This is #wednesdaywalk #33 of 2025! This is a very quick year, to be sure!
And I also want to thank @tattoodjay for this community! Like you said "it has taken off"! A Big Congrats to You!

And so this week I had a chance this morning (actually often) to take a few photos along my ride on "Lagoona Shores". This is the road the runs along the Channel in the South side down to the old house.
To be honest, riding on this road is one of the more beautiful things in this area! Just about anybody - unless you have $1mil+ would want to live on it, which I will show you!
So I took off from my house on the Green bike and headed South. I actually only rode the Lagoona Shores route on the way back because I also wanted to to get this,
And a little closer,
This has been for the last 26 years a Church. Something happened, what I do not know - I found their Church sign laying next to a dumpster...
And then after awhile this moved in, and their name is "The Hive". I thought this would be interesting for the platform!
I continued from their down to Lagoona Shores and headed to the old house, noting photo ops for the return trip!
After feeding the Kitties I headed back to my house, it's 5miles / 8.04 kilometers each way so it takes a few moments...
So I stopped here for photos!
This is a look down a canal and so how the a bit better off folks live here,
And to the left and right -
left,
right,
And a look across the bridge the other way. From the street side you would have no idea (unless you know) that the backside of these places look like this.
And so I left there and continued on because something was definitely moving in on me, a "Storm"!
So from there I picked up the pace a bit. Further down as we say, "the Lagoona" I passed this canal,
Quite a bit desolate compared to the other. It still looks like it did 30 years ago, but probably won't long. As I see they are building here anywhere they can so they will be doing it here soon.
It's a pity! I really don't know what I sound like when I say this - but I will say it anyways...
"This place was a lot better In Every Way when it was only about 5000 people and no Police, and for sure not the 20+ Churches"!
And that was it for this weeks #wednesdaywalk and...
I want to thank you again for your visit and wish you a Very Blessed, Happy, and Safe Week!

What a beautiful ride you had along Lagoona Shores! The canal views and the old house really give the place so much character. Itβs true, some spots feel more special before too much development changes them. Thanks for sharing your walk, I enjoyed seeing it through your photos!β
Thank You so much!
