Wednesday Walk 07.30.25, a Pair of "Black Bellied Whistling Ducks" and the Park

Hello Friends, and Welcome Back, and thank you for your visit!

This is #wednesdaywalk #29 of 2025 the last of July and this week I have a few photos of a pair of "Black Bellied Whistling Ducks" along with a few other things from around the Park!

So I rode the Green bike over to the Park to see what was going on that might be "photo worthy" today.
When I got there, this was the view across the Channel towards Mustang Island,

Not very inspiring! I started looking around, and... Over at the stream there were these two "Black Bellied Whistling Ducks", Just hanging around looking for lunch!

At this point the one think was male started watching me,
He must have made some sort of alarm as the other one took a look in my direction as well,

And then went back to eating,

I decided to give the Ducks some space and move around. Here is the Stream today, it's of garbage from both sides,

A quick view up the Park road at the Clouds - which were interesting!

And the same Clouds, but a bit to the side,

And this Cloud blew by as well,

Well I decided to leave and ride around a bit and see what else I could find. I was heading out of the Park and I got these two photos of the Ducks as well! Somehow they came out a bit better than the previous photos.
Here they are paddling along,
And the one is back on eating again!
