And "Thank You" for this community!
This week I rode my bike around the neighborhood. For this week's #wednesdaywalk I wanted to see how Spring is progressing in the area and the Bees are already out!
So first I stopped by this field they cleared for the first time since I have lived here - 28 years!

You can see all the way to the Channel. I had thought they were clearing to build something but, when it was (hopefully) to avoid fires?
I rode onward over to the Park and saw that there is more beach than ever!

Now that this is going on for a good month I have to wonder if this is the new norm and, where did the water go?
A Sandbar with a few Birds,

And you can see the Poles from the old Pier, even where they go into the ground!

This is a look South from the other side of the Pier so you can see what I mean, more beach than ever!

After some searching, as I didn't want to be there for nothing - I did manage to get a few photos of some of the last Curlycup gumweed flowers before the new ones start blooming!
This was a single,

I included this photo because of how it came out. Unfortunately the wind was blowing the plant and the photo got cut off! Here is another of the same flower, though not as clear,

This is another photo that I liked,

And this is the whole bush, and it's gone mostly to seed,

Well after that I decided to leave, it was cool and we were having a 17 mph / 27.35 mph wind out of the North - "Chilly"! On the way out I looked across the Channel and saw this,

Yes, out in the middle of the Channel the Sandbars are rising out of the water! Very soon the guys in their fishing boats are going to have problems!
And that was it for this week's #wednesdaywalk!
I want to thank you again for your visit - "Stay Blessed, Safe, and Happy"!
