The role of the teacher is beyond the classroom

Many of you who knows me here, or who reads my blogs sometime also know that I'm a teacher by profession. I can't say that I'm a teacher on higher level as i never teach in university or college but I'm bound to high school. High school kids are mostly teen age kids which are difficult to handle. Because students of college and university are already trained in manner's and discipline but we need to tell the high school students.

Teenagers in the school!!!
It's really interesting to deal with teenager's in the school as it's the age when a child want that everyone start to appreciate their opinion too as they're growing enough that they love that we listen to them and we agree on their decision too. It's really hard to tackle them and we've to use different strategies if we need to tell them they're wrong.
I taught both girls and boy's at high school and it's really difficult to handle boys like it's not easy to tackle the situation sometimes but we are the teacher's too and when a teacher is standing there i think teacher can easily read the mind. When i was a student i was amazed that how teacher know the truth but now i can understand as i can relate to it.
I faced such a situation in class too when two boys start to argue with each other and sometimes start to fight and then i need to calm them by listening both of them and then asked them to be relax and i need to finish the matter just like in the court a judge finish the case.
Role of teacher!!!
Just like now some people think that with the arrival of chatGPT or AI it's easy to learn different things from internet but i think this opinion is wrong because AI can't tell you thing's other than books. When we go to school we don't only focus on curriculum as we focus on other activities too which are sports, manners and discipline. We not only studied but we shared other things in classroom too.
If i talk about the duty of the teacher then really it's not only in the school or in the classroom. I remember when I'm passing from the school and if i saw students misbehaving with each other then they're stopped for a moment that teacher is coming. Haha you may think that they feel fear from me but no it's respect too that you stop fighting or arguing in front of your elders.

I think teacher role is great in the society as it's a huge responsibility to make responsible adults by taught them many things and teacher role or duty can't finish in the classroom and school as teacher have right to stop their students fighting or arguing with each other and finish the matter.

Even with AI, Innovation and Computer Era, the world still needs teachers especially how children needs basic learning before they finally choose which lane they want in life.
A respectable teacher is what you are, your student should stop what ever thing they are doijg wrong as soon as they see you, it is the duty of a teacher discipline a chile and if a child doesn't tench in the sight of his teacher, then the teacher has not disciplined the child enough.
