My first and last experience of working with team

I hope so you all are fine and happy 😃

Working with friends or in a group is far better than working alone or individually. Many people want to work alone as they don't want to work in a group, maybe they just love to do their work by their own but i think when we do work in a group as a team we learn a lot of things.

Peer pressure!!!

When we work with friends or colleagues we have a pressure on us to fo things in a manner and within the specific time period while if we have to do work individually then we can manage our time according to our schedule.

First experience of peer pressure!!!

Fire time I worked with a team in my university when we've a science exhibition and we've to prepare a modal on any topic, our teacher made group of 5 students and each student have to put equal struggle in to the work. We all know nothing about it and we all watch YouTube videos together and encourage each other to do in better way. Actually it was a my first experience to made a modal for science exhibition and i know nothing about it.

I know if I've to work it all alone then it'll be difficult for me to it but with a team I do it in better way as everyone is helping in team and at that time I learned first time to work with a team.
Work with a team always doesn't mean that only one or two members just do all the work while other's stay free. But we work together and distribute it among us.

Last experience of peer pressure!!!

My last experience was wlso good when I was a teacher and it was a result day in our school and every teacher have to do their task like make results of their class and also make card for their students.

It was December i still remember, and I've fever and flue due to winter or due to weather, and I was like i can't do it but pressure from my colleagues encourage me to do it and they helped me too to get ready my result before the result day. Although they helped me to make my cards too like they helped me to make cards in more easy way.

Final thought's!!!

I know sometimes pressure from friends can't be prove so good but Maybe I'm so lucky that I always have such colleagues who helped me and forced me in positive way that I can do things more better then do it alone. And believe me whenever there's a choice of working alone or working with a team then I prefer to work with a team as pressure from friends always have good influence on me.
