Increase heat waves and us

We are living in that country which is among the top hottest country of the world. And our temperature become hotter with each passing day's. In the last winter season we didn't have severity in the winter just like we've had in previous year's. I remember when I was a teen girl we've severity in winters but as we grow older we feel severity in summer.

Reasons of increasing temperature!!!!

With the vast use of technology we use different kinds of machines in our daily life which help to increase in our temperature. Not only in our country but it's happening world wide.

Our earth is protected by a layer which protect it from heat waves and other things which destroy the earth and that layer called ozone layer. Now due to rise in temperature that layer also become thin with the time and it also failed to save us from different disease.

Ongoing wars also the reason of increasing temperature nowadays.

How if effect on us???

With the climate change, we faced different kind of disease but in this summer fever is most common disease which people faced.

In our neighborhood, I see people who had severe and that can't be cured with Panadol or paracetamol like tablets and fever increase with the increase in temperature too. They went to hospital and hospital staff admit them to hospital for at least five days.

As they're our neighbors so, I also went to hospital two times to see them as being neighbors it's also our duty to check on them and asked to help them if they needed.

Nowadays, fever can't be cured at home but people should be admitted to the hospital although fever can be treated at home too but this summer people have to admitted at hospital to get better treatment by the use of injection and drips. And at the time of discharge from hospital doctors recommend to stay at home and keep themselves save from heat waves.

Besides fever, people also suffer due to skin disease like they've allergy on their bodies which makes their body itchy in this season and sometime it becomes worst too. If we go to doctors they said it's common nowadays like they treat many patients but believe me itchy body irritated people. Itchy body irritated us but also feel rashes on body.

How we can save us from heat waves???

Although we have summer holidays here but we should stay inside at home and save us from heat waves. We should use drinks which keep us energetic and with healthy diet we can save our body from every kind of change just like if our immune system is better then our body can fight with everything. We should work on our immune system to defend us from such kind of change's.
