I'll prefer human being over AI agent's

We are the human beings and we are the powerful creatures of this universe as our body and mind are created in this way that we can perform any action and with human minds we can do everything which is complex too. We qre living in the luxurious lifestyle today and it's because of Human mind as human explore new technology.

I can't stop myself to appreciate the human beings!!!!!
Till today, human perform their jobs to provide their service's to mankind and we get benefits from it. Many new technologies discovered and many new things invented by the help of human. But in this century, human created AI agent to help him.

We all are know about AI agent's as they help us in very short time obviously it works like a robot which just need a command and then it'll work for you.

Although the AI gets the jobs of human too and many people like to take the service's of AI agent's nowadays rather than human. As AI is dominant over the world.

But who would I prefer to hire???

If I start a company and I need employees to run my company then who'll I choose to hire, human or AI agent's??? Obviously I would love to hire the human beings and there are many reasons that I prefer human over AI agent's. I know AI agent's work immediately and accurately then human but still I would love to hire human.

Here are some reasons!!!!

1: With every passing year, there are a lot of youngsters who are holding a degree of graduation but they don't have any job. And the ratio of unemployment is increasing nowadays that's why I can't jobs to AI agent's in my company.

For example, I need a tutor for my daughter and I know she can learn her own with the help of chatGPT but I still hire a teacher for her who help her in her studies but I'll told her to use chatGPT as a helping agent too just like in our era we use helping books to solve our questions.

2: AI agent's works within a limit because they work only for a command as they only do what we asked to do them otherwise they do nothing , those agent's can't give me advice for the betterment of my company as I need some employees too who can give me ideas for the betterment of my company.

3: AI agent's are the products of human beings as they generate these for their help. But it doesn't mean that AI agent's took the value of human as human has it's own value and we can't underestimate their power.

4: At the last but not least, personally I can't work with robot's as I'm human and I've emotions so whenever I get a loss in company i need humans there to share my grief with them and also when I get benefits in company i need humans to celebrate my success.
