For me, it's a challenging year

It's 13 July today, and we spent half year 2025, we can figure out how was this half year for us. For some it's a good year, for some it's just a normal year and for some it's not a good year.

A challenging year!!!

For me, 2025 brought a lot of challenges for me as I've to fought many battles alone as i see many down day's in 2025. And this all situation effects my mental health as I lost my happiness somewhere but I want to get back on any condition. Sometimes when we continue to struggle and we don't get any good results we feel like we are losted.

Although we celebrate two Eid festival within this half year and on both Eid festivals I can't feel inner happiness. I was a very cool person who always stays happy and never took serious those things who disturb me but sometimes life turned out we exhausted.

Exhausted & Losted!!!!

If I talk about my current situation, I'm tired from continuous fighting with problems and finding their solution, i need some rest as i need peace in my life. I feel mentally tired and believe me I'm mentally tired but my body also feel exhausted. Although if I eat healthy diet, it doesn't effect on my physical health because my mental health isn't so good.

It's time to do something good!!!!

I know it's only me who can do something good for my mental health, because if my mental condition is good then I'll be physically healthy again. I've now six more months as I already start to working on it since first July and now it's time to get back my old version.

First thing I did for myself to keep my mind busy as it's the only way to not think about those things who hurt me. And i feel like it's working as i planned. I'll try to avoid those people who are responsible for this, try to be stronger and ignore what can disturb me. I'll do some activities which are the source of happiness for me.

As we know us and we know which thing's hurt us and which thing's can give us happiness so we can treat ourselves too in good way. And I'm sure by the end of this year I'll be fine and I'll tell you guy's too that I've done this.

  • I can only hope for the best.

I think that's just part of life. There's up and downs but that's kind of what molds us to be better. Just go through the process you'll make it through. If you're exhausted take one day off in the week to mentally reset and prepare yourself for the next week, usually the best day for this is Sunday. You got this, you're not alone in this. There's a lot of people struggling out there and if you think about it, you're not in the worst situation~. There's others that are living on the street, getting abused by their partner etc so I think if you think of it like this, it's not that bad right. At least you have some optimism which is good. Things will get better!

I agree with you that it's the part of life as there are many people who are struggling like me in the same situation somewhere in the world.... I believe in me that I'll move on from this one day
