Children are innocent

Parenting is the most responsible thing in life and it has impact on children life for whole year, how they upbringing their child matter's a lot. I'm not a parent yet but I've eldest at home who upbring their children and I've enough experience that what kind of strategies we should apply to learn ethics and discipline to a children.

We all learn through experience something but sometimes we learn through seeking others and how they managed the situation, overall we learned from others too. In my past experiences I've learned things as well.

In my opinion first seven years of a child life is most important in learning him something like ethics and discipline. In the first seven years parents should play a vital role. They must use different ways to learn a child.
I know a mom, she's my cousin and she gave birth to a baby girl almost 10 year's ago and she was her first child, maybe it was her first child that's why she doesn't know how to tackle the situation. Whenever her daughter do something she became harsh with her and start shouting on her and she start trembling with fear that she doesn't make same fault again because she doesn't want her mom misbehave with her but we all see impact on her.
Now she's growing old and now she's of 10 years but she's so week that it feels like she doesn't eat something although she eats a healthy diet but she looks so week. She always stays in fear like she doesn't enjoy her childhood just because she received misbehave of her Mom and it impacts on her life too.
Strategies we should apply on children's!!!!
In my opinion we should apply only positive ways to learn a child, there's a lot of positive ways to upbringing a child that they learn good discipline like we should realize that if they don't complete their homework they miss some fun activity which they want to do it for sure.
We should give them positive reinforcement at the end of any task it'll be a good way to force a child to do things again and again which allowed her parents as positive reinforcement are anything and everyone loves the positive reinforcement or rewards as it is a natural learning behavior of human too.
Children's love to receive gifts like some toy's and we should told them if you do this then we'll bring a new toy for you and obviously parents can bring new toy for children too just to make them happy. In this way both children and parents can be happy at the end because both gets what they want. This strategy my parents apply on me when I was a child and I still remember those day's of my childhood.

Kids are sensitive. Their childhood experiences shape their life when they get adult. If we use just hard tactics on them to impose our will,we will diminish their personality. We must teach them in the appropriate way so that they must learn rather than adopt it just because of pressure

Most problem don't realise how fragile children are. The manner of upbringing tends to shape who they become. Most children in today's society with some kind of ill behaviour are products of unhealthy upbringing.
I agree with you, if a child is given positive reinforcements, it will be very happy and to learn quickly, also parents or guardians must make learning discipline something fun and useful and so the work is going to become much easier.
That hard the example you name from the mother who achieves that her daughter was afraid of her, the children must be made to believe in one, and not to be afraid. That is why not everyone is ready to be a father, it is a very difficult task.
That is the best tip... we do the same with dogs xDD hahaha
but yes we need to celebrate every good thing that they did!
