If I am on your shoes then I would definitely decline her request, a one time is enough that she was unappreciative and the next time she asked again then I would definitely decline. Well I think it's all about the goodness in heart of people to help others no matter if there's a feedback or not. It's on nature to help without any return but still it must be applied that everything has its limit specially on case of helping other people.

That's right. I understand where you are coming from. There were various circumstances where we were hurt and disappointed with others who were unappreciative. We told ourselves not to have anything to do with them anymore. But the funny thing was that when they needed a hand again, we readily extended ours, lol!
I am on the same situation before that I helped a lot but I received nothing even an appreciation like thank you and then I realized that its not worth to help that's why I never entertain them again even if they spam me with messages.
