• Policy Peg: The correlation to TSLA is maintained through a monetary rate policy, not redemption or algorithmic pegs. It is explicitly not mint/burn voodoo.

• Collateral: TTSLA is over-collateralized by LEO, a scarce-supply asset that LeoStrategy permanently holds and stakes on its balance sheet. LeoStrategy's mission is to continuously acquire and stake LEO.

• Transparency: All collateral is held in a public, verifiable, on-chain vault.
