After the presale sells out, it will launch with a pool on Base and a pool on HE priced at the 1/100th level

The presale is a 20% discount on the current fair value of TTSLA

What the market does post-presale will be up to the market

The rate policies will immediately kick in. So if it trades 20% discounted to TSLA, the yield will be quite high for early buyers
