Another idle LEO staker has been cashed out by LeoStrategy

Tag people from the richlist and encourage them to sell their LEO. It's time to take unproductive LEO out of idle hands and move it to LeoStrategy's balance sheet so that it can be used to expand our ability to add economic value to the LEO Ecosystem + create permanent buyback pressure by staking all the LEO permanently as sLEO to autocompound USDC for more LEO
