¡Hola! Hoy vengo con una publicación un poco más ligera de lo que acostumbro, pero de una experiencia igual de increíble y agradable: un día de "Parfait".

Hace unos días, @melitzamusic y yo fuimos a comer por primera vez un "Parfait", un postre muy nutritivo hecho de una combinación de frutas (fresas, kiwi, durazno), yogurt griego, granola, chía, almendras y chocolate. Nos dimos el gusto en un lugar llamado "Buena vida" en nuestra ciudad, Caracas. Nos hemos hecho fanáticos del lugar; la primera vez tomamos jugos granizados y no hubo vuelta atrás.

Esta vez decidimos probar algo distinto en este lugar tan genial, y no nos decepcionó. El sabor de este postre fue mejor de lo que esperábamos, tanto que quedamos con ganas de más. Esperamos ir pronto de nuevo para saciar esas ganas, jaja. Si alguna vez tienen la oportunidad, les recomiendo probar este postre, además de ser muy rico, es bastante saludable. A "Parfait" day 🍓

Hello! Today I come with a slightly lighter post than usual, but with an equally incredible and enjoyable experience: a "Parfait" day.

A few days ago, @melitzamusic and I went to try a "Parfait" for the first time, a very nutritious dessert made of a combination of fruits (strawberries, kiwi, peaches), Greek yogurt, granola, chia seeds, almonds, and chocolate. We treated ourselves at a place called "Buena Vida" in our city, Caracas. We have become fans of the place; the first time we tried their frozen juices, and there was no turning back.

This time, we decided to try something different at this awesome place, and it didn't disappoint. The flavor of this dessert was even better than we expected, to the point that we wanted more. We hope to go back soon to satisfy those cravings, haha. If you ever have the opportunity, I recommend trying this dessert; besides being delicious, it's quite healthy. See you in the comments.
