Mi viaje en “Splinterlands” ¿Cómo inicie en este juego? [ES-EN]

Splinterlands es uno de los juegos más veteranos que existen em el ecosistema de la “Web3”, he estado en este ámbito desde hace ya varios años, podría decir que alrededor del año 2012, pero, en la red de “Hive”, antes Steemit, llevo bastante tiempo y ha sido un viaje increíble, he aprendido un montón de cosas que jamás creí aprender, esta comunidad me ha ensañado tanto que estoy muy agradecido por estar aquí.

Así que, en esta oportunidad, quiero unirme a lo que es el “Desafío” de Splinterlands, los cuales realmente no hago desde hace tiempo, básicamente solo comparto contenido de acuerdo con mis ideales o información que quiero compartir para los usuarios, pero, debido al tema de esta semana, creo que es muy oportuno contar mi historia, aunque creo que lo he hecho antes, siempre recordar y ademas agregar nuevos detalles es perfecto para que los nuevos usuarios puedan motivarse y continuar aquí.

Si quieres saber mi historia, como llegue a “Splinterlands”, cuales fueron mis primeras cartas y batallas, debes leer hasta el final esta publicación, podría interesarte, ademas, me interesa saber la historia de muchos, así que tratare de leer lo más que pueda.

¿Cómo llegué y/o descubrí Splinterlands?

Splinterlands nació alrededor del año 2018, no estoy seguro de en qué mes fue, en aquel momento la red de “Hive” no existía y estábamos en lo que es la primera red social descentralizada conocida, al menos para mí en todo el ámbito de las criptomonedas que es “Steemit”, para ese momento el proyecto comenzó con otro nombre, su nombre era “SteemMonsters”, así es, como la cuenta curadora actual del equipo.

Desde el inicio estuvieron “Agrooed y Yabapmatt” al inicio del proyecto, no estoy seguro si “Nateaguila” estaba con ellos y realizo los primeros diseños de las cartas, probablemente si, pero, ya lo estaban construyendo, luego lo lanzaron, me enteré de que ya se podría jugar y en la 2da temporada de vida del juego, fue que me uní, no tenía ninguna carta ni siquiera lo que hoy conocemos como libro de hechizos, pero, habían muchos sorteos y rifas de códigos promocionales y tuve la gran fortuna de ganar el mío, justo para iniciar en esa temporada.

Básicamente esta fue la manera en la que llegue al juego, ya en toda la red se hablaba de SteemMonsters, de las batallas y de la edición “Alpha y Beta” que, si mas no recuerdo, ya estaban en venta para ese entonces.

Mi primera carta y batalla

Como pueden ver en la imagen , mi primera carta fue “Stonesplitter Orc”, esta carta la gane en una de las tantas rifas que se hacían en aquel momento, la comunidad regalaba muchas cartas, hacían sorteos prácticamente diarios, era increíble, aunque en algún momento muchos se provecharon de esto para conseguir votos en sus publicaciones, cuando no llevaba ningún esfuerzo hacerlos, pero, generalmente me gustaba, porque los usuarios ganaban cartas participando en las publicaciones de otros, así obtuve mi primera carta, incluso sin tener el “Libro de hechizos” que mencione anteriormente.

Con respecto a mi primera batalla, vaya, realmente no creo que la tenga documentada en una publicación en la blockchain, pero, recuerdo muchos de los usuarios que me ayudaron al inicio, inclusive regalándome algunas cartas, por ejemplo @steamdan, me regalo la carta “Twisted Jester”, una de las mejores cartas del splinter de muerte en su momento, cuando el “Meta” era extremadamente reducido, también cartas que me regalo @the01crow en algún momento, para luego yo con aproximadamente $20, comprar casi todos los equipos (Splinters) de ese momento al nivel 3 o 4, super económico, era obvio porque el juego estaba iniciando.

Evolución de mi “Estrategia” y mis objetivos en el juego

Durante todos estos años el juego ha cambiado de muchas maneras, por lo que, con el tiempo mi estrategia en el juego a evolucionado siempre con las actualizaciones y todo lo nuevo en el ecosistema de “Splinterlands”, por ejemplo en un principio, lo única estrategia era jugar y jugar, básicamente debías ganas batallas para ganar más cartas, mientras más cartas más recompensas, posteriormente se comenzó a ganar DEC por batalla ganada, luego vieron las cartas de la famosa edición de “Recompensas”.

Luego, hubieron muchísimos cambios, hasta el punto en el que hoy en día las recompensas por jugar son los SPS, pero, hay recompensas por agregar liquidez en una LP, por ejemplo, más toda la economía relacionada con la “Tierra” y el basto mundo de “Praetoria”, en fin, todo ha evolucionado mucho, por lo que, jugar en estos días no lo es todo y más si eres un inversor criptográfico, así que, mi estrategia ha pasado de ser un jugar convencional a un inversor, proveedor de liquidez y buscando ingresos pasivos en Splinterlands mientras obtengo tiempo para jugar de nuevo.

Mis objetivos en el juego

Como en he dicho en muchas publicaciones anteriores, Splinterlands ha estado evolucionando y llevando a cabo muchas actualizaciones, estoy completamente seguro de que esto no se detendrá, el equipo es bastante comprometido y no quieren que nada en el ecosistema del juego, incluida la blockchain de “Hive” en donde está construido se pierdan, así que, mi perspectiva y objetivos con el juego, es a mediano y largo plazo, ya que, una de las cosas más importantes es el “Marketing” y es un plan que está pendiente, así que, aun apuesto a que llegara un montón de gente nueva para jugar nuestro juego favorito.

Teniendo eso en cuenta, tenemos que mis objetivos son los siguientes:

Son un inversor a largo plazo, por lo que pienso mantener mis inversiones en el juego durante más tiempo, aunque si es necesario con algunos cambios para poder adaptarme a lo más nuevo, algo que se hace básicamente en cualquier inversión.

Participar y obtener activos para su revalorización futura, con el objetivo de obtener ganancias y posteriormente reinvertir parte de estas en el mismo juego para hacer interés compuesto.

Consideraciones Finales

Mi historia pude haber sido mucho más largo, durante estos casi 8 años u 8 años que llevo en la blockchain de “Hive”, han sucedido muchas cosas y en Splinterlands mucho más, pero, me tomaría mucho tiempo redactar todo, así que he resumido gran parte de esta para que puedan saber cómo llegue y de qué forma inicie en el juego.

So, in this opportunity, I want to join what is the Splinterlands "Challenge", which I really don't do for a long time, basically I only share content according to my ideals or information that I want to share for the users, but, due to this week's topic, I think it is very timely to tell my story, although I think I have done it before, always remembering and also adding new details is perfect for new users to be motivated and continue here.

If you want to know my story, how I got to "Splinterlands", what were my first letters and battles, you should read until the end of this publication, it might interest you, besides, I am interested in knowing the story of many, so I will try to read as much as I can.

How did I arrive and/or discover Splinterlands?

Splinterlands was born around 2018, I'm not sure what month it was, at that time the "Hive" network didn't exist and we were on what is the first known decentralized social network, at least to me in the whole cryptocurrency arena which is "Steemit", by that time the project started with another name, its name was "SteemMonsters", that's right, like the current curator account of the team.

From the beginning there were "Agrooed and Yabapmatt" at the beginning of the project, I am not sure if "Nateaguila" was with them and made the first designs of the cards, probably yes, but, they were already building it, then they launched it, I found out that it could already be played and in the 2nd season of life of the game, I joined, I didn't have any card or even what we know today as spell book, but, there were many draws and raffles of promotional codes and I had the great fortune to win mine, just to start in that season.

Basically this was the way I got into the game, already all over the net people were talking about SteemMonsters, the battles and the "Alpha and Beta" edition which, if I remember correctly, were already on sale at that time.

My first letter and battle

As you can see in the image, my first card was "Stonesplitter Orc", I won this card in one of the many raffles that were made at that time, the community gave away many cards, they made draws almost daily, it was incredible, although at some point many took advantage of this to get votes in their publications, when it took no effort to do them, but, generally I liked it, because users won cards by participating in the publications of others, so I got my first card, even without having the "Spellbook" I mentioned above.

Regarding my first battle, wow, I really don't think I have it documented in a publication in the blockchain, but, I remember many of the users who helped me at the beginning, even giving me some cards, for example @steamdan, gave me the card "Twisted Jester", one of the best death splinter cards at the time, when the "Meta" was extremely reduced, also cards that @the01crow gave me at some point, and then I with about $20, buy almost all the equipment (Splinters) of that time at level 3 or 4, super economic, it was obvious because the game was starting.

Evolution of my "Strategy" and my objectives in the game.

During all these years the game has changed in many ways, so, over time my strategy in the game has always evolved with the updates and everything new in the ecosystem of "Splinterlands", for example in the beginning, the only strategy was to play and play, basically you had to win battles to win more cards, the more cards the more rewards, later began to earn DEC by battle won, then saw the cards of the famous edition of "Rewards".

Then, there were many, many changes, to the point where nowadays the rewards for playing are the SPS, but, there are rewards for adding liquidity in an LP, for example, plus the whole economy related to the "Earth" and the vast world of "Praetoria", anyway, everything has evolved a lot, so, playing these days is not everything and more so if you are a crypto investor, so, my strategy has gone from being a conventional player to an investor, liquidity provider and looking for passive income in Splinterlands while getting time to play again.

My objectives in the game

As I have said in many previous posts, Splinterlands has been evolving and carrying out many updates, I am completely sure that this will not stop, the team is quite committed and do not want anything in the ecosystem of the game, including the "Hive" blockchain where it is built, so, my perspective and goals with the game, is medium and long term, since, one of the most important things is the "Marketing" and it is a plan that is pending, so, I still bet that a lot of new people will come to play our favorite game.

With that in mind, my objectives are as follows:

They are a long-term investor, so I plan to keep my investments in the game for a longer period of time, although if necessary with some changes in order to adapt to the newest, something that is basically done in any investment.

Participate and obtain assets for future revaluation, with the objective of obtaining profits and subsequently reinvesting part of these in the same game to make compound interest.

Final Considerations

My story could have been much longer, during these almost 8 years or 8 years that I have been in the blockchain of "Hive", many things have happened and in Splinterlands much more, but, it would take me a long time to write everything, so I have summarized much of it so you can know how I arrived and how I started in the game.
